SY COMPACT Travel Umbrella Windproof Automatic Unbreakable -Factory Direct High Cost-effective Umbrella

I purchased the SY Compact Travel Umbrella Windproof Automatic back in September. Unfortunately, a couple of months later I experienced a small issue, so I contacted the company to explain the problem. I honestly couldn’t have been more impressed with their customer service. They responded immediately and were extremely helpful, clearly taking great pride in looking after their customers. Within a few days, they sent me a brand-new umbrella along with a full apology and a one-year guarantee. That level of service is rare and very much appreciated. As for the umbrella itself, I believe the issue I had was just an unlucky fault, as this is genuinely the best umbrella I’ve ever owned. It’s very sturdy, easy to use, and feels well made. The automatic open and close works perfectly with just the flick of a switch, and it handles wind far better than any umbrella I’ve had before. Fantastic product backed by a company that truly cares about its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the umbrella and the brand.

Excellent product, very good quality for the money.A little strength is needed to push the handle to closed position, might be because its new. Nice carry bag.

This umbrella is slightly larger than most compact umbrellas and feels surprisingly sturdy for its size. The opening mechanism works perfectly with the button on the handle. However, closing it is a bit frustrating—you press the same button to close the canopy, but the handle doesn’t retract automatically. You have to press the handle down manually to return the umbrella to its compact position for storage. It can turn inside out in strong winds, but I am still using it a year down the line, so for the time being, I am happy.

Bit annoying to close but I think it's cos it's so sturdy that it has to be cos sny others are easy to close and also damage easily. Very easy to open, think it's bit wider than average and as a shortie im either close to hitting people or cars if path is narrow. Not light weight. Although in wind I can't control it It doesn't seem to flip upside down much although once is humiliating enough. Gone to good use last year and year before when rain did not come with such wind. This year hardly used it so far.

A bit bigger than a compact which is good, still fits in my handbag. Works well. Love the pattern on the inside!

3 months on and the umbrella broke. Good size, weight and beautiful internal design but the arm snapped too quickly

Great little umbrella. Good quality, quite large when open, sturdy. The only down side is the case for when it is down is not waterproof, its a different fabric to the umbrella.

Sono molto soddisfatta del prodotto acquistato. L'ombrello è robusto , di buona fattura. Il pulsante per l'apertura automatica è molto comoda , anche se devo dire che richiuderlo costa un po' di fatica ( considerando che l'ho usato poco il meccanismo è ancora rigido , segno comunque della sua robustezza ) . Il tessuto è molto impermeabile, è più grande degli ombrellini classici ( il che lo rende un pò più ingombrante e pesante ). Il design è semplice , ma elegante .. insomma si distingue dagli ombrellini più economici. Riguardo alla custodia in simil-velluto a me piace molto , perchè lo ritengo un dettaglio raffinato. Mi è capitato di riporre l'ombrello bagnato e non mi è sembrato che la custodia fosse impregnata d'acqua. Consiglio infine l'acquisto , considerando anche l'OTTIMO rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Solid umbrella, robust and works well

J'en ai acheté deux pour mes enfants . Je cherchais un modele simple à ouvrir et à fermer, pas trop encombrant une fois plié et capable de rester au vent sans se retourner. Je les aient acheté en septembre, et j'ai volontairement attendu de bien pouvoir les utiliser dans des situations de pluie et de vent. Les petites mains de 8 et 10 ans ont eu du mal au début avec la fermeture, mais je n'avais pas compris qu'il fallait appuyer de nouveau sur le bouton pour une fermeture automatique... Donc un bouton pour ouvrir et fermer. Plié, il rentre dans la poche de leur sac a dos et n'est pas lourd. Déplié, il est grand et la qualité est au rdv . Il ne s'est pas retourné une seule fois face au vent , gros point positif pour moi. La poigne est agréable. Je m'intéresse simplement sur le choix d'une housse de protection en velours, une matière similaire au parapluie aurait été plus appréciable mais bon cela reste un détail qui n'impacte pas l'utilisation . Ravie de cet achat qui correspond à ce que j'attendais.

It's a good buy. Item is in good condition. Can handle heavy wind/rain.
