Rubbish
These arrived yesterday and I was disappointed to find they were tablets and not capsules however started them today. When I took this am I also placed one in water and left it whilst I went to work when I returned 8 hours later the pill remained intact and there was no difference to the water. Seems rubbish to me far better to have capsules or powder
