Not as strong as it used to be.
I used to use this a lot when I worked out in the far east, and they swear by it. Very versatile. I have purchased this several times in the UK, but found this purchase to be far weaker than the ones I have previously purchased. Not sure if this is a fake, or they are making the weaker

It does help.
I use it for osteoarthritis of my right knee. It does ease my joint and helps quite a bit. Seems expensive for such small amounts.
