Discovered this Adoboloco ghost pepper hot sauce on our last trip to Maui. Thought it was so good we brought back 4 bottles. We finished all four bottles in six weeks and were so happy to find it available on Amazon. If there ever was a perfectly spiced bottled hot sauce, this one is it. I don't know how I lived without it! Bacak! Most hot sauces are heavy on the vinegar flavor with the heat at the end. This one is made with Apple Cider vinegar so the vinegar is mild, allowing the flavors of what you are eating to come through; not so easy to find. It claims to be very spicy, and meets that claim, but the smokiness balances the heat of the ghost pepper nicely so you don't have just heat. It is also made more flavorful thanks to the garlic. I put it on everything savory. It's fantastic on grilled meat. It's wonderful mixed with dressings and other sauces. We have a pantry filled with dozens of hot sauces, many have been let downs, but this one is the only one we have ever bought in bulk.

It is hot, but not so masochistic as biting into a scotch bonnet or an actual ghost pepper. But, what makes this sauce interesting is the smoky flavor, but also the layers of "heat". You have different types/notes of heat that arrives over time. This actually reminds me of some tequilas. Some you down in one shot in a shot glass. Others are a "sipping" tequila. You sip and savor the flavor and warmth. While I would not sip the sauce, I would suggest you use this sauce on something that you would eat slowly and savor.

We found this sauce during our most recent visit to Oahu when we had brunch at Koko Head Cafe. It was the perfect hot sauce...spicy and flavorful. I bought some to bring home and I have been sharing it with friends. I was happy to learn that I could order it on Amazon to replenish my stash. I had a very minor issue with my order and the seller exceeded my expectations with their assistance. They have a lifelong customer in me and my friends who fall in love with your sauce!

Amazing Sauce, fell in love with the smokey ghost pepper flavor with it our last trip to Maui and was excited to see it sold on Amazon and at a better price than picking it up locally in Hawaii!! I personally do not find the sauce overly spicy, but I eat raw peppers and hot sauce on the regular. May be intense for those not used to spicy foods.

This has quickly become my go to sauce. I really enjoy hotter sauces, Blairs Mega Death, etc. This one is great to just add a little kick without the heat challenge. Depends on your heat tolerance but this should be manageable for most people.Best use I've found, putting this in gyoza dipping sauce in place of rice vinegar/chili oil. Just Hamajang with soy sauce and maybe mirin. Great stuff!

Very good, nice packaging in a beautiful gift box, and would make an excellent gift for the upcoming holiday season. I must say though, the taste and flavor does change from batch to batch since they bottle locally in Hawaii, it can be spicy or not so spicy. This particular batch was not my favorite, it was quite mild and a bit thicker than usual. That being said, it was still excellent compared to anything else on the market. This sauce is by far one of the best pineapple hot sauces out there. I consider myself sort of a connoisseur of hot sauce, so that is saying a lot for me. They make excellent other flavors as well! You gotta try some of their limited edition flavors. I have been a customer of this company for years, so I suggest you try them all and see what you like best!

We bought a bottle while vacationing in Hawaii. It was so good, we went back for three more bottles, one as a gift for my nephew...his new favorite. We just bought another three bottles...thank goodness Amazon carries it! VERY spicy with a smoky flavor.

The best hot sauce ever!Normally when you get a sauce with this much heat, it kills the taste of your food. No so on this one! It's hot, but FULL of flavor! I put it on EVERYTHING! If you like heat AND flavor, this is the sauce for you!
