This stuff is really handy, I used it to create a combined cable for power and audio for some powered PA speakers. You can feed quite large objects through it as it can expand to quite a large diameter when it's bunched up, so there's no need to remove plugs from the ends of cables. Once the cable is fed through it contracts again and grips well.As another reviewer mentioned it does start to fray pretty quickly when cut, but you can solve this by using a lighter to melt the ends of the fibers together so they can't come undone.
