It doesn’t say you do not have carbs at all. Please read description - it is low carb and around 1gr of sugar. Of course there will be sweeteners but they are everywhere nowadays. This is by far the best protein bar I have had. Grenade makes me bloat, SciMx makes my heart racing and others I do not like but PHD I could eat like non stop."}}]}]}
