I have ordered this brand again and again for many years. It has always been a great product, the powder was fine and the granules were small. This time the granules were gigantic and no longer a fine powder. Please go back to how it used to be or I will be forced to change to another brand.

Be wary of this if your liver is not at its best. The very nature of this is is a detoxification aid which means your liver has to deal with the release of the bad stuff from your cells. I was not quite ready for the reaction I had at a very low dose (1/4 teaspoon) with some vitamin C. I correctly started at a low dose as I have read that going in all guns blazing can cause problems. Boy did I go into a tailspin - my heart beat almost out of my chest, I did not sleep for 2 nights, my normal good nature deserted me and I turned into a screaming wreck. I eventually recovered quite quickly by taking a huge dose of vit C and 4 Kalms ( valerian ). I gingerly tried mixing a tiny speck with water and rubbed some on my skin, immediately had heart palpitations which subsided after a few minutes as I washed it off straight away. It is a shame I dare not use it again as I was hoping to get the multiple benefits it is purported to bestow on one and all. Be warned, it is definitely not for everybody. I do not blame the product, It is supposed to heal you of your woes not add to them.

effective in reducing aches in my elbows and my bad knee.only a small amount is needed for effect (half/quarter teaspoon)I cycle few weeks on - few weeks off, its about 3 weeks before I notiice aches coming back, so body retains it for sometime.

Great stuff!!! Cleared my spotty skin up within a week! One teaspoon in a glass of water before bed. Have some scars from before but can feel the condition of my skin improve. Have recommended to the person I get my facials from!

I have tried only one other, KIKI health. For no obvious reason it was a bit clumpy in KIKI's perfect air-tight container.Can't comment on its health benefits. I am not a doctor. I could only hope it helps me to maintain bone health.

Had a knee problem since a cartilage operation 30 years ago, was recommended this by a customer who also gives it to her horses. Definitely decreases the pain and no more swelling. Highly recommend
