Got this case as the front of my screen is slightly popping out and didn't want to pay a ridiculous price to get it fixed for me to get a new phone in 6 months time. Covers the phone nicely and goes very close to the screen which I like for what I needed it for. Feels quite cheap but for the price I'm not complaining and would seem like it would do well if the phone was dropped. However, I do have some little faults with it. For one the rubber is a tiny bit too big and it doesn't fit right up to the back of the case, but is too small in which it has to stretch over the charging port to connect to the plastic case. Secondly I don't know how well the rubber is going to last around the charging and headphone ports since I have to pop them out at least twice a day, the plastic looks pretty thin and could easily rip around these areas. Finally I don't like how the apple logo is showing at the back, for me I'm not bothered about it being seen and I feel the design has caused the rubber not to sit correctly at the back as mentioned before. Overall its a pretty good case for the price but for me it's just okay as a temporary case because its a bit too bulky and not very nice to hold.

I used this case with an iPhone SE, after having a similar previous case for an Iphone 5C. The previous case lasted 4 years and as a result of it, the phone survived many drops at work, in an industrial environment, with no damage to the case or phone. The case consists of a hard plastic case in which the phone sits, with an additional silicone rubber sleeve on to. The slevee makes the phone easy to hold, and covers all the phone ports. Access to the ports is by lifting a flap in the sleeve. The flaps are durable, and noticed on my previous phone case that the charging port flap only became weak after 4 years. The case does make the phone a bit more bulky, but it can still fit easily in a pocket. The screen is set in quite a way from the top of the case, which provides good protection from drop damage. A very tough durable case, which protects the phone well. Good value for money.

After having killed one iPhone already I decided to make sure I didn't smash the screen again so thought i'd give this a go. So far i've not dropped it (typically) but it seems like it would take a fair impact.The case comes in 2 parts, a blue solid plastic inner which is in 2 halves & you snap the front & back together over the phone. Then a black silicon outer goes around it & slots into the blue pat in numerous places. The silicon part also has flaps covering the volume buttons, earphone & charge sockets. No problem with using phone/hearing calls etc.The only downside I found is that it's rather bulky & the silicon makes it stick to your pocket so getting it in & out is a little slow- actually that could also be a good point!!I also purchased a glass screen protector & this raised the surface a little too much so the cover doesn't snap together all the way round- if using a plastic screen protection film this wouldn't be a problem.

My teenage daughter had claimed on her iPhone insurance twice in a year at some cost, due to dropping it and smashing the screen. She can't seem to avoid dropping it so when the third phone came along, we decided it was time to get the toughest case we could find. This one seemed to have about the best reviews for the price.Well, she's had her phone in this case for a couple of months now, along with a tempered glass screen protector, and it's been brilliant. She's dropped it enough times that at least another insurance claim would have been inevitable. With an excess of £70 this case has saved her a good deal of money. It has been knocked off tables, fallen from a high bunk bed, been dropped on a hard floor from a standing height, and shows not the slightest sign of damage.The phone case is chunky and sits proud of the screen - essential for those face down landings. It's composed of a hard plastic shell with a rubberised outer. I don't think it was that easy to get on the phone, but now it's on it fits beautifully. There are rubber flaps covering the charging entrance, the volume buttons etc, and you just pull these back for access. The whole thing feels very well thought out and designed.I only wish I'd bought her this when she first got an iPhone, rather than "pretty" phone cases. It would have saved a fortune.

okay.... this case will (and does) protect the iPhone well - which is, after all why I bought it, however for ME, its a little too bulky - probably doubling the thickness of the phone - something which I don't like/want.I'm also used to plugging the phone into a alarm clock dock  KitSound XDOCK2 Clock Radio Dock with Lightning Connector for iPhone 5, iPod Nano 7th Generation and iPod Touch 5th Generation - Black  at night to charge the phone and to wake me up for work. unfortunately the bulk of the case won't allow me to fit it in the dock and its a bugger getting the phone out of the case every night.Yes, I know I should have thought of this..... but I didn't. Entirely my fault I guess. so do I bin my £30 dock? or get another thinner less protective case for a fiver and 'store' this case for later. ........ probably a new case then!Can't fault it for good protection for the phone though.

Protects the phone really well. Durable and withstands being dropped all the time! The rubber part of it eventually wears out. For one which we bought previously it is very difficult to open the part that gives access to the silent button. The rubber parts around the charging area came off but mostly they do a good job of keeping inlets clean. I would buy again and have done to replace one that was over three years old. Same design, same phone but a different choice of colour.

It’s very protective BUT I replaced it with a slightly lesser one as I didn’t like the bulky feel and it covered so much of the screen it didn’t look good and kinda got in the way of typingTHOUGH it will defo protect the phone
