Product Description
Since 1972 Dietary Supplement Albion Minerals Magnesium is involved in a multitude of metabolic processes. Foods that supply magnesium include dark green leafy vegetables, beans, nuts, and whole unrefined grains. However, many people do not get enough magnesium due to soil depletion and poor eating habits. Magnesium Malate and Magnesium Glycinate are "gentle" forms of magnesium that are amino acid chelates.

Contains 1 teaspoon of sugar for every serving of magnesium (2 teaspoons) - not so good in this respect.
Full of sugar which is not very good for you. Likely because magnesium does not have a great taste. I would rather by the capsules that have to consume so much sugar from this product to get magnesium. For every 2 teaspoons this almost contains 1 teaspoon of sugar - being 3 grams. This is not great if you want a good amount of magnesium, but if just the stated dosage then it's not so bad, but I'd personally prefer the powder or tablets instead of having to consume so much sugar.

Brought this product to see if it would aid hurting ...
Brought this product to see if it would aid hurting joints and bones after taking daily for approx 6 weeks a difference was noted in the pain level and have noted a difference after a few weeks when its not taken. so in this case it seems to work well for the reason it was purchased for
