The best I have tried
I bought this to replicate a dessert that I had recently had in a restaurant, which comprised a slice of Sicilian Lemon roulade with whipped cream, strawberries and raspberry coulis. This was exactly what I was looking for.

Deliciously fruity
Used to make lemon and raspberry mousse. Very tasty.

After looking at all the other brands I decided on this one. I'm so glad I did! Nice sharp taste of raspberries, perfect over vanilla cheesecake and ice cream, yummy

Lovely natural flavour. I use it mainly in cheesecakes and I’ve real. Thick enough to use for swirl type decoration on desserts
