I use this for joint problems in my wrist. At first I was dismayed by the price but it's worth it's weight in gold. Relieves pain quickly and for a long time. You don't need much, it goes a long way and has a lovely menthol smell. BTW, wash your hands after and don't rub your eyes straight after!! It feels nice and cold very shortly after application.

I absolutely love Biofreeze for my muscle spasms. It pretty much starts to work straight away unlike having the wait X amount of time for a medication to start working and that's if they actually do help. I found that cold products are better for me than heat and have tried a few different cryotherapy gels but Biofreeze is definitely the best in my opinion. And at prices like these online are great as very expensive in my local pharmacy and that's only for a small tube! I'd definitely recommend Biofreeze if you are like me and respond better to cold products than heat. Very quick delivery too. Thanks once again

Joint and muscle pain relief, excellent product, my opinion best on the market. Tried all heat treatment, but Biofreeze works within minutes. Pump action so much easier than tube, 118 ml tube in high st costs approximately £9 , this bad boy X8 Only £34 . Win win . No pain ,not even In the pocket. Thoroughly recommend. On application, smell of Menthol, like Vick, disappears within short time . I love the smell anyway, smells fresh and clinical.

As per the headline.My physiotherapist recommended, and uses, this gel for muscular massages, so I bought the same size she has at the hospital as I will probably be using it on my replacement knee for some time! This size, prorata, is a lot cheaper than buying the small tubes & sachets - but it's pretty expensive nevertheless.Also it's both slippery AND sticky - slippery when first applied but dries fairly soon to a sticky consistency and that means you need to apply more. Smells of menthol, which you either like or not - that's OK with me.Not sure about the longterm effectiveness but it does make massaging my knee rather easier that without it.

I use this for arthritic knees, it goes on well and is quickly absorbed into the skin it gives a cooling affect which helps relieve the pain. It works out a lot cheaper buying this size than the smaller tubes. Quick delivery good seller

Cannot sing high enough praises for this gel cream. My mother has osteoporosis and this cream relieves the pain enough that she doesn't need to constantly be taking painkillers. It is easy to put on, has a nice smell (minty) and is a beautiful colour (teal). The only downside I would say is it does have a tendency to dye light coloured clothing, so keep that in mind. Also, be sure to wash your hands after putting this on as it can make your hands tingle!

Some years ago our local doctor advised my husband to try this for muscular pain.We have found it to be a wonderful product. It is made from natural products so does not conflict with other medication as far as I am aware.We always have a 32oz pump action container in the house for aches and pains, cramp and nerve pain.If you are going away and do not wish to take the big tub you can put some into a small pot and it keeps well.Biofreeze is a treasure, we would not be without it and have used it for years.

Both my husband and I use this gel on a regular basis for our age-related aches and pains. It is far better than any other pain relief gel from our long-term experience. Only downside is I wish it wasn't blue! Sometimes my husband isn't very careful applying it and some of it falls on the carpet or bathroom floor tiles and unless it's cleaned up immediately it can leave a stain, which takes a quite a bit of rubbing to remove - but this doesn't stop us using it because it WORKS and this is really a carelessness issue.
