Great, I am currently on 4 scoops per serving, everyday. It’s super juice. Loads of energy, no crash and supercharges my metabolism.

I wanted a preworkout to give me energy for gym workout and cardio that wasnt as insane as jack3d or craze and that I could take as an everyday pick me up. I'd also read about the benefits of taking amino's for fitness so this powder seemed to fit the bill. First off i took 4 scoops half an hour before my workout on an empty stomach, 15 mins later i could feel the beta alanine buzz, i had a pleasant buzz giving me that extra energy for weighted circuits followed by some short cardio. I didn't feel any crash like some other products even though the buzz was short. I've since drank amino energy in a smaller dose before a night out, enjoying this product as a great alternative to coffee. The only negative is how quickly I have gone through the tub, if you plan to take it as a preworkout then at 5-6 scoops at a time, it will be gone pretty quick. But as a break from concentrated preworkouts this is a great product.

Fit For PurposeI bought this product to give me an extra kick of energy at the end of a long day at work before going to the gym as I often feel tired/drained after working all day. I opted for optimum nutrition because I am aware that it is a good brand. I have never had a pre workout before so I didn't want to spend too much money which is why I went for the orange flavour (it was one of the cheaper flavours at the time). I think this was a mistake on my part because I am not too keen on this flavour at all which has put me off using it too often. It is perfectly fine to drink and it is not in any way horrible to taste but I just think I would have enjoyed other flavours more. As for its effects as a pre workout, I am not wholly convinced. I do not feel as though it really gives me any more energy than a piece of fruit or a strong green tea. My boyfriend has suggested having it first thing in the morning before having eaten anything else as he thinks it is more effective on an empty stomach! One of the best product in the industry

As you would expect from such a reputable company, another great product. It gave me a nice little energy boots before hitting the gym with no horrible side effects. There is a slight taste to it nothing to over powering much like a cheap own brand squash palatable is the best way to describe it. The powder mixes easily with water (9mg to 330ml) it is as with most of O.Ns range expensive, but you do get what you pay for, yes there are cheaper alternatives, but if cost isn't something you have to worry about this is for you.

I purchased this product after doing a bit of research online. I use in the mornings as a pre work out before my morning run. I usually use 1 scoop dissolved in water and find this is plenty but you can use 2 scoops. I tend to take up to 20 mins before my run for maximum results. Great tasting. I’m going to try the blueberry flavour next.
