Bulk Pure Essential Amino Acids Powder, 500 g, Packaging May Vary

Edit: Works with a ton of squash! And extra diluted of course.Good value for money, but I cancelled my subscription immediately. This tastes AWFUL. Like bitter almonds on steroids. I'm adding more and more water, sweetener, vanilla, cream soda, you name it, it just doesn't get better. For the love of God, put this in capsules. I legitimately feel sickened and like I have lost my appetite forever. This may be drinkable in very small doses diluted with a strong flavour, but it will require some serious dedication to use up. I feel bad for the creators as it feels like a quality product and pure amino acids probably taste as they do, but I can't overstate how much I hate the taste.

The scoop is massive, the amount of powder in the bag is not. Smell and taste is not good, hopefully it works as chugging it down is not pleasant. It does mix better in a shaker (without a shaker is lumpy and tastes even worse). It’s a bit expensive at £1.50 per serving

Yes, it is incredibly bitter and nothing makes a difference.After experimenting I put a scoop of EEA in a mug, TS instant coco powder and a splash of milk to make a paste than add more milk if needed. Than gulp it down in two- than it taste nearly like dark chocolate.Yes it’s very bitter but it has about 10x higher concentration of EEA than tablets, so you could just use less.

Some products out there need about 7/8 scoops to hit 15g of EAAs, while it takes only one scoop of this stuff. With this product, you get a LOT of EAAs at a really good price.It does taste like crap though, so you'll need to mix it with quite a bit of water to reduce the intensity. I do about 500ml of water with a few squirts of Robinsons Squash'd to take the edge off.Can't comment on it's efficacy just yet, but haven't noticed any difference compared to the other EAAs I've used. Seems to be just as effective.. Will update this review in a month or so

They say it is unflavoured but it smells and tastes like some kind of chemical. Tried to have it with water but the taste was disgusting, adding it to my protein shake just changed the taste of the shake and it was awful. Finally had to bin the whole packet. Such a waste of money, would not recommend it to anyone.

Some complaints about the odd taste... well it's a pure chemical, no flavourings. Maybe if it had sweeteners and flavourings then they'll be complaining they're paying for that instead of the pure product. It has an odd taste, I add a bit of juice to the water and that fixes it. I got used to the taste after a while. It works amazingly well for me specially together with BCAA. It has become one of my core supplements I'd always buy again and again!

This was pretty expensive to buy and I had high hopes as I use bulk for other products. Eaa's Taste so bad I had no idea! I've tried every possible way, mixed it with every flavour liquid I could find to make it go down but I just can't make myself drink it. It is also extremely hard to dissolve so I don't understand why they haven't tried a different form. I've totally wasted money on this thinking it would be like bulk creatine powder, unflavoured and drinkable. Note to self and all of you out there who don't know what these taste like always buy supplements in pill form! So much less hastle and less wasted money on powders you can't stand the taste of!

I love Bulk products, I buy lots of them. I didnt get on with the multivitamin but thats just a personal thing. But this Cola flavour Essential Aminos is just nasty, I'm really struggling to drink it. such a shame :(I hope the mixed berry flavour is better as I will try that soon.
