It is a man's thing.
I wanted a proper man size pen. I used to have a Cross pen when I was a young student, gift from relative. But I found them a bit too thin. Now, I have found this one. It is not as heavy as Mont Blonc but then again, you really cannot beat the price of this Cross pen. I also find that the pen sort of glide across paper when writing. Excellent. Hope this help you guys or ladies to make up your mind. Yes, I do recommend this Cross pen.

Washed up blue color. Just next overpriced china pen
On the picture it looks shiny and deep blue.In fact it is a washed up blue cheep china pen that should cost less than €2-3.I ordered 2 additional refills. Both of them skip all the time during writing.I had to order Pilot as last time I did because there are no compromises.For me this Cross is just a rubbish.Avoid it.

Genuine Cross pen but wrong dispatch
The pen that was delivered was the satin grey chrome one not the chrome blue lacquer promised in the description. As it was a last-minute leaving gift for a colleague, I didn't bother to return it. That being said, this is a genuine Cross pen with lifetime warranty and writes smoothly. And my ex-colleague enjoys using it and texted me the attached picture.NOTE: If you want really want to buy the chrome/blue lacquer pen, be prepared to receive the satin grey one.

Classic pen for everyday use.
Prior to using a Cross pen, I had never seen the value in spending so much. Opting for cheaper, disposable biros. Then someone bought me my first Cross. This particular pen was bought to replace the one I lost. I find it well balanced, not too heavy and most of all a pleasure to write with.

Great pen. Love the weight and style
Love this pen. Picked one up previously that someone left at work. Loved it. When it broke i debated about spending so much on a pen, but as i really, really loved it i thought what the hell.Right decision. Great weight, great quality. Great decision.

Pen delivered did not have the correct clip - it seemed like a bodged job version
Order arrived quick enough, box looked good, pen comfortable to hold, but the clip does not match the pictured item, or any other of the 3 Cross pens i own.It's a crude bodge, no branding and 2 small rough screws holding it in place.Fingers crossed the replacement coming tomorrow meets expectations.

The Pen is good quality and a decent weightr BUT don't expect to use the display box. Cross has decided to stick the outer cardboard cover sleeve to the top edge of the display box that it is protecting. removing the tape damages the cardboard display box.The point of having a nice pen is the complete package including it's box. something Cross has forgotten.
