Mercers Furniture Corona TV Unit 2 Drawer Flat Screen Wide Solid Pine

This is a really good purchase but does have pros and cons which I'll list.The stand is great and surprisingly is not a big or chunky as it appears in the picture. The wood is solid and assembly took a couple of hours. I'm able to get a PS5 and my subwoofer which is part of a LG SL10YG set in the middle of the stand vertically. I did want it horizontal but the PS5 does not fit in that way and both items had to be slot in from the back. Its a snug fit and the PS5 isnt rubbing against anything. The panels are not labelled so assembly was alittle tricky and even though the manual does not show it the panels are coloured green and red on the edge, red and green for left and right. Wish I had known this beforehand as it would have been easier and only noticed this after. The front doors are standard and all holes are premade alittle to give guidance to where things go. It is easier if you have a power screwdriver especially with the door but I used a hand screwdriver and got it together.The stand itself looks very nice and I have a 55" TV which you can see in the picture. It's saved me space in my living room compared to my last stand and for the discount Christmas price it's a very good purchase. All wires are hidden comfortably behind the back.If your happy with my pros and cons and the price is within your budget I would recommend this stand..

Takes a while to put together but it’s so worth it, very sturdy and good quality. We stained ours to match our other furniture and it looks fab.

I brought this as I needed a unit to place my multiple electronic devices now that I have my TV on the wall. What caught my eye for this was the style; I liked the separated compartments each giving me enough room to put my consoles. The windowed area is a nice and big leaving me enough room to put DVD and my games if needed.The draw is deep enough to hold my controllers and other random bits.Now on to the quality of the piece, it came in a plain cardboard box which thankfully didn't get damaged in transit. Inside this thing was put together like a jigsaw, fantastically. All gaps had polystyrene placed in so the wood couldn’t hit each other and get damaged. The glass in the door was not smashed which is a plus! :)The screws come in their own bag with labels telling you which parts are inside. Oh and finally there is the manual.Manual OverviewThe manual is good showing you all the pieces and where they end up. It’s well labelled and detailed to the point that I could tell what piece was what thanks to the holes.It came (for me anyway) with 5 sheets of paper stapled in the corner. I kind of wished it was stapled a bit more or in a binder, but that is personal preference.SummaryA nice solid unit that is worth the price; that’s also very customisable. Build time was short and sweet with detailed instructions, I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for something to have on show.ConsThe black circle nails that are used for decoration on the corners are very weak. I had two break on me while I was hammering them in, so be mindful of thisSome of the wood things that go in the hole (sorry for poor description I don’t know the name) are smaller than the holes itself so that don’t fit very well. TIP: Use wood glue. I didn't have any to hand when I built mine.Pieces were not numbered. Though the guide is detailed to the where you can work it out

Looks better than pictured, and fairly straight forward to assemble.I would not advise assembling this item without either a drill or electric screwdriver. There were quite a few holes that had not been drilled which you will need to make yourself and apply quite a lot of pressure. I managed to assemble this alone but would not have been able to do so without an an electric screwdriver. The instructions are quite straightforward.It is really important to set out and identify all the pieces before you start as the pieces or wood are not labelled with stickers.Looks quite sturdy and measurements are all as stated. Really great value for solid pine and would recommend

This is an amazing piece of furniture, I love solid pine, we have quite a few of these corona pieces, the quality is fantastic, they will outlive me. The only downside I would add is there are only picture instructions and some are not that easy to follow, we had a problem whereby we inserted the pieces for the shelf the incorrect way, but it did not take long to dismantle and correct. But love, love, love this TV stand, would highly recommend and would buy more pieces, very affordable also.

Order process was easy, given a 2 day delivery window and it arrived early (8.30am) on the morning of the first day. All parts were present with some extra screws etc just in case. The instructions for assembly were well laid out and pretty easy to follow. The only mark down is that the wood didn’t have any numbers that I could find as this was how they were identified in the instructions but regardless it was still an easy enough build. I would recommend take your time to begin and just ensure you have the right parts. It will all come together. Build time approx 1 hour although if you aren’t quite as ocd as me you could probably shave a good 20 mins off that time.I now have it set up in my living room with my 50” Samsung tv and it is the perfect addition. It feels sturdy even though pine is so light and I am confident it will last us for years to come.I also purchased a coffee table at the same time. The build and quality was just as good.Will definitely use again.Thank you mercersfurniture!

Great TV stand, good quality and was easy to assemble.

This feels very strong and high quality for the price. Unfortunately, at least 3/4 of the screw holes were missing, making it impossible to put together without a drill.

Buscábamos un mueble rústico de madera con aspecto ligeramente envejecido y hemos acertado de pleno. Sobre todo teniendo en cuenta la relación calidad precio.La madera es muy blanda y pesa poco. Cuidado durante el montaje que se puede marcar muy fácilmente.Se monta muy fácil y las instrucciones son muy claras.Muy recomendable

Buon prodotto. Un pò lungo da montare se lo si fa da solo e le istruzioni non sono chiarissime... ma il risutlato finale è un prodotto di bell'aspetto e che sembra abbastanza solido. Chiaramente non è un mobile di pregio ma per il costo che ha mi pare un ottimo articolo.

Dieser Eckschrank passte genau in unser neu eingerichtetes Zimmer!Nach langem suchen in div. Einrichtungshäusern in unserer Region, wo wir nichts passendes fanden wurde ich schon auf der zweiten Seite bei Amazon fündig.Die Abmessungen waren genau das was wir suchten und auch das Design passte genau zu unserer Einrichtung.Das bestellte Teil wurde auch innerhalb von zwei Tagen geliefert. Der Aufbau ging reibungslos vonstatten, dank der ausführlichen Montageanleitung. Sehr zu empfehlen, gute Qualität.
