Fantastic quality and beautifully presented. Rasor-sharp, well balanced and comfortable to hold. A joy to use. Update on this product after a year or so: Almost daily use and only had to hone the blade once - with a lfew strokes using leather strop. £20 for this quality is exceptional value for money. Absolutely love it. I wish I had invested in a complete set.

I have been a professional chef for over 30 years working at a high level. I was bought a 8 inch knife for a leaving present and loved it so much I bought the 10 inch knife. Wow even better, the knife keeps s sharp edge for a long time and sits in the hand so well, even if you are chopping veg for a long time it is so comfortable I know several chefs that have bought this knife and the love it, great value for money, fast delivery and the box the knife comes in is so good I won't chuckit out. I have had knives that cost 3,4 times the price and this beats the hell out of them.

I've got other knives in this series, and as always they come really nicely packaged, in a very smart box. This 10" is brutally sharp, and nicely weighted. It's worth noting it's a definitely lighter than the (more expensive) Alpha Royal equivalent, but for some this would definitely be a bonus. The handle is really easy to grip too, and the extra length over the 8" version is welcome too. Excellent stuff.

This a great knife, retains a good edge, sharpens easily and while it is a big knife, its extremely well balanced and manouvres and slucely easily - i really like zelite knives ( this is the third one ive bought) great knives, great service ) 4 stars onky because i want to have one extra to give the damascus one when i can finally justify it

Mixed feelings for this product. Yes it's sharp. Yes, it's a good knife. To me, it's not a great chef's knife though. I'm not a chef, so not truly qualified perhaps to make that statement. However, from other reviews perhaps I was expecting too much. It's well packaged and presented. The handle is ergonomically pleasing and the knife well balanced. For me it is too light for a large chefs knife and the blade flexes far too much for that purpose. With that in mind I shall be using it as a very large utility knife though perhaps a bit overkill for that. It can be wielded with dexterity due to that property. Also a little disappointed with the grinding and polishing finish on the blade itself. As said earlier I will use as a very large utility knife as easy and comfortable to handle for that purpose.

These knives are really impressive, I have treated myself to several of them over the past few months and they have helped transform preparation of my food. Absolutely superb!

Just what i was looking for, very sharp, you just know your holding quality. Very very nice knife, quality packaging, if you are serious about craftmanship, then look no further than this company Zellite infinity. This is how things used to be made. All i can say is, if you find fault with these knifes, then you are very fussy. Excellent product, you pay for what you get. Dennis ☺

Just ordered this knife last week. I work in the kitchen A LOT and have some arthritis. This knife is wonderful. Super sharp, well balanced, easy to hold, and big! As you can see from the last picture it is on the left. So really big :). I thought it was going to be too big but I really rather like it! It is not heavy or cumbersome and slices through everything like butter. You won't be disappointed! As with other reviewers I was also blown away by the amazing packaging. You can tell they really take pride in their knives! I will most likely purchase other sizes as well. The rounded grip (which is why I originally ordered it) is perfect. I have smaller hands and have no trouble getting my hand around the knife.
