Product Description Jarrow Formulas Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera) is cold-pressed from the dried flesh (copra) of the coconut palm fruit, and does not utilize any chemical solvents in the manufacturing process. Coconut oil is a source of medium chain triglycerides (MCTs), such as lauric acid (C-12) and Caprylic acid (C-8). Ingredients 100% Cold-pressed, organic, extra virgin coconut oil. Softgel consists of gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.

Has some fantastic benefits
If you do your research Coconut Oil you will find out for yourself that it is a very potent and natural treatment for many a lot of common ailments.I have found it to be a great digestive aid and great for workouts, boosting your energy levels. Most of all I have found this to be a great immune booster, research the properties of the oil for its acid biochem's and how they react in the body. Since taking these for the last 18 months I have found that MAN FLU that usually does the rounds and at the office has so far not knocked at my door and as others sputter and cough their nasty contagion around the office I seem to be (touch wood) completely impervious to it all!Now I know that it's different for everyone but I find these things work and I use the oil from the Jar as well, well worth a try at this price as well.If you don't like the pills but want a controlled amount then just cut the very top off one and squeeze it out onto a Banana, it goes down easy and you have your dose for the day!We should all start looking more at nature for our treatments and not just depend on the manmade pharmaceuticals for every last thing.......Mankind were here loooooooooooooooooooooong before the age of pharmaceutical company's and they thrived, maybe the answers where here all along..........

Fantastic product
I bought this along with Swansons Caprylic acid as i suffer from thrush regularly. I read that coconut oil helps with candida and is a very good antifungal to help combat fungal infections. I have been taking this for 3 weeks now and it has helped immensely. My thrush symptoms cleared up within 5-6 days and i just take this as a precaution as I dont want another repeat.This also helps with memory loss and to help keep nails and hair in good condition. I dont have problems with my memory but have noticed that my nails are stronger and that my hair is shinier and less brittle.I dont like coconut to eat but i thought these pills would be a fantastic way to get the nutrients and the goodness that coconut can provide without me eating it. Again these pills are a really big oblong shape so if you are not comfortable in swallowing huge pills then i dont recommend you get these but I think they are fantastic and helped me so much in getting my life back on track

I'm thrilled to bits at the improvement
I'm absolutely thrilled with these. I've had real problems with rheumatoid arthritis in my wrist. I reacted badly to medications prescribed by the hospital and the possible side effects of the next lot I was prescribed frightened me so much I didn't ever start on them. I initially started these tablets for general health benefits but have found so much relief from the arthritis, I cannot believe the difference. The swelling on my hand has gone down considerably and whereas my wrist was always burning hot from the inflammation, this has gone. I can write properly for the first time in a couple of years. My hand and wrist occasionally feel a little stiff and if my hand gets bent backwards for some reason I still yelp, but I'm no longer constantly aware of pain and inflammation. I can even pick my little grandson up easily, whereas when his big sister was born, I struggled to lift her. I'm not saying I'm cured, but I'm a hundred times better and I'm over the moon. Try it, you've nothing to lose.

Happpy Days
My husband has mixed dementia - both Alzheimers and Vascular. Two people told us about Coconut oil and how it has helped others, but I was sceptical. However I ordered the capsules, and my husband started taking them a week ago. As another customer said - it's made him relax. I know it's early days, but Mr. Grumpy Sulky has been replaced by Mr Happy Chilled which has made a huge difference to our every day life - he is more relaxed so I am more relaxed. His short and long term memory is still very poor - I can't see any change there, but his overall demeanour is so much better. It's a long lonely journey which can't be mapped out or predicted, but if we can improve our quality of life that's fine by me - I only wish we had tried them before.

They seem to help with my dad's Alzheimer's.
I have been buying these for my father who has Alzheimer's. He has been taking them since February. He takes three capsules a day and they do make a difference to his well being. He is more alert and his cognition is far better. When he stopped taking them for a short while, his memory and confusion got much worse. Now I remind him every day to to them and I hope he continues to do well.He cannot take Aricept or any other Alzheimer medication as he has heart problems. His depression and negativity have been the worst part of his illness. This is the only thing I could find that has helped some people. He would not take the coconut oil, so the capsules are a better alternative.

Improved my dry skin
I don't often write reviews, but for this product I really like to do so. After a little research I found that coconut oil could be useful to combat candida. I suffer this as a consequence of taking asthma inhaler daily. I'm not sure it does combat candida, I'm sure to find out in a few months after taking this, but to my delight, I have found my dry skin becoming much more supple and pleasant. Overall, I'm delighted with this product

I've been taking these for a month now and a lot of people have commented on how good my skin looks. Even my hair feels softer. I suffer from IBS and this is why I originally bought them, hoping they might help clear any infection since it contains caprylic acid. Even this aspect seems better. I'd definitely recommend giving them a try. As we know, different things suit different people! You should notice a difference in 2-3 weeks.
