New should mean new
The products received were good value. Well wrapped and new except one item which was obviously used, rusted and still had old cement on the handle. Now I’m not picky and would have like the seller to have mentioned it out of courtesy. I will still accept and use the items but please be careful and check you are getting what you paid for. A little disappointed.
