I bought as a set-hair dryer & straighteners & they’ve made such a difference to the condition of my hair, so much softer & no more noise of scrapping through my hair.. and Iv noticed that i don’t have lap full of broken hair anymore!! Highly recommend & worth every penny..

Bad design, and arrived faulty
This product is badly designed. The rocker switch controls for the hairdryer are on the side of the handle rather than on the stem of the handle (under the body of the dryer). This means that it is too easy to catch the various rocker switches (which control heat and speed) while you are trying to dry your own hair. This maybe not a problem for a hairdresser who is drying someone else's hair, but when trying to use the hairdryer to dry your own hair this becomes enough of an issue as to make a £100+ hairdryer very annoying at best, and downright unusable at worst.The straighteners have a similar problem in that it is too easy to accidentally 'touch' the blades together whilst using them, which has the effect of changing the heat setting from low to high. I found that a couple of times the straighteners had 'changed themselves' from low to high heat setting while I was using them. Again, a professional hairdresser may not have this problem but for me it was enough of an issue to feel dissatisfied with the product.Add to the above the fact that the hairdryer was actually faulty - the medium speed setting didn't work and was identical to the high speed setting (meaning there were only two speed settings i.e. 'off' and 'high'.I have returned this set for a refund…
