Not good quality.
At first I was impressed with the look of the bike, now I've rode it a couple of times the quality is not good at all. The bike chain has completely snapped off already and the gear were all bent out the box. Took it to Halfords cost me £50 to fix what is essentially a brand new bike. I wish I just paid Halfords prices and got a proper bike instead of trying to do it cheap on Amazon. Like the saying goes.. buy cheap buy twice.

Great experience
I have read the iffy reviews but experience so far very positive. Well packaged. Easy to build (instructions poor but i have built a bike before) Good looking. Lights included (although fragile). Only issues i have are a. The chain comes unoiled. Maybe that's normal. And b. the seat pole is stopped by the water bottle holders and do can't lower far enough for my son. The local bike shop said i can saw the bottom of the pole of i need to. I thinking of switching to a smaller pole. Either way my son is very happy and so am I. If it breaks i will update!

Depending on the price, this is a good or a bad deal..
So, I bought the Amazon Warehouse version of this bike for £200 (the new price is currently about £450).I'm very happy with it for the price I got it at, but in my opinion it's not worth £450, or maybe it is in today's climate!Mine came with a bottom of the range Tourney chainset, derailleurs and gear levers, which are actually perfectly fine for an entry level bike (£200-300), there are millions of these out there, but I would have been annoyed if I had paid the full £450 for it.After putting the bike together everything worked fairly well, I had to straighten the front brake disc a little because it was rubbing slightly, but that's to be expected with a new bike that's been delivered in a box.The gears also needed a slight bit of adjustment, but that's also expected while the new cables stretch out.But over all I'm pretty happy with it so far, it's easy to ride, quite comfortable with the big tyres and front suspension, and the gear levers feel smooth. The disc brakes are great too, and the bike is nice and light and easy to control with the wide handlebars.I think the £450 asking price may be a marketing ploy to make you think you are getting a better bike than you actually get, but it's not a bad bike at all if you can get it at the Warehouse price.I'd say even if you can get it for under £300 then definitely snap it up, but if you're looking to spend £500 on a bike then you could probably get something better from a bike flipper or your local used bike shop.Just a final note. I received the 21 speed version, but there also seems to be a 24 speed version with Altus derailleurs, which are slightly better, but that's the thing with Amazon product descriptions, they can sometimes be a bit of a mess.
