Don't expect heavy resistance from them. I am using all of them togather to get some resistance as per my needs, however, if you're a beginner or are looking for therapy purposes, these might suit your needs.

I have used Decathlon closed bands, this is definitely bigger than that plus more sturdy.
Fantastic product for my hip rotators, abductors.... It is more sturdy and big than Decathlon closed bands... Will definitely recommend.. specially for pilates

Worst quality in terms of durability
One of the bands(Light one) snapped within a fortnight of usage! Horrible quality, didn't expect this from Amazon.
