Excellent product . Far better than Tena , which are women's pads made into a triangular shape.TENA 2 = absorbency 200 mls ( a mug of tea!); Flat not suited to a man's anatomyAbri.man formula 2 softer,more comfortable, man shaped design, 700mls absorbency only very slightly more bulky than TENA Man EVEN Abri man 1 has an absorbency of 400mls!WHY DOES THE NHS INSIST ON USING TENA when these are MUCH better , one uses less because the need changing less frequently , they do not leak out the sides and , retail cheaper

Relieved, at last!
Fast and reliable delivery. I have tried a few different types of ineffective pads with deceitful narratives and am really pleased to have found these. They are non-intrusive, a snug fit and do not show a bulge! 10/10 from me.

Have just needed to start using pads after a short illness - these pads are brilliant and absorb so very well - after my first accident I was amazed to find that I was dry and no leakage - not sure they could cope with a massive amount of urine but they work well for me.

Money down the drain.
Would like to give zero stars.... I can only suppose I am doing something wrong here as the pads do not hold more than a tiny dribble and the inside layer is wet to the touch. I guess the one star can be for the adhesive strip which is as good as any other brand. The instruction in the Amazon listing to fold lengthways to activate is not repeated anywhere on the actual product and cannot see what this is supposed to do. There are elastic edged 'flanges' which I presume are supposed to hold a gentleman's parts in place but all they did was irritate. A complete waste of money. Dealing with incontinence is bad enough without being so let down.
