Happy Feet ¾ Gel Orthotic Heel Spur Insoles Cushion Pads Leg Foot Knee Arch Pain

Works well on protecting an inflamed heel/arch due to plantar fasciitis.
I have extreme tenderness in my foot arch, near the heel, due to plantar fasciitis. After treating this with hard arch support shoe inserts to prevent my arch dropping, my Physio has advised that I should use the soft inserts. Apparently, I probably have a heel spur due to plantar fasciitis, but my arches are good with very little pronation. The soft inserts have been very good and have worked better than the hard ones, which I think aggravated the condition by rubbing the sore area. So, in conclusion, how well any soft inserts work I think will depend on what problem you have with the plantar fasciitis. If you have pronation and falling arches and are trying to prevent the plantar tendon stretching and becoming inflamed then maybe the hard inserts are a good preventative measure. For me, I'm trying to reduce the inflammation caused by a possible heel spur, and this has been treated better with soft heel inserts. The heel inserts were good value, easy to insert and very comfortable. They're not too thick. I haven't use them for long so I can't say how they will last.

Reduced Pressure. Good Buy!
I work long hours on my feet usally 8 hours or more with pain in my heels. I needed something that would at least offer some padding that would take some of the pressure away from the heel. I wasn't expecting these to offer much support. After 3 days of use i can confidently say i'm happy with the results. These cushion pads provide good heel padding, glad i purchased. The heel support is enough to reduce the pressure has reduced the pain i was experiencing. The pads don't move in my boots and seem very easy to clean in the washing maching. Good buy. I'm UK size 8.5 bought the 7-12 and they fit perfect.

Not for flat feet
These insoles fit very well into all of my shoes and are very soft and comfortable, however as they are soft, they do not provide nearly enough support for someone with flat feet (like me) and I have found that if walking a lot, they slide down in your shoe and need to be repositioned fairly frequently. I would only recommend these to people who do not suffer with flat feet, who just want an extra bit of cushioning on their heels.

Decent heel insoles
I bought a pair for my work boots as I'm on my feet 8 hours a day so my heels take a lot of impact. They fit great, barely slide at all but my feet still hurt massively. They are great for those that need some extra heel support in their day to day shoes but maybe not for high impact daily use.

Good product
Very comfortable on the heel although just a touch long. I would buy again though.

Plantar fasciitis sufferers
Actually works really well, have them in my trainers and no pain....and I would say less pain when I take the trainers off to.!Have suffered with the pain for about 3 years now and have had Physio and a jab to no avail, I'm a very big girl so that doesn't help but these definitely help.

Very disappointing purchase
Very very disapointed with this item. Used the cushion pads once only and had to stop three times to remove my shoes to resite them. The pads repeatedly “crept” down the shoe towards the toe area and were most uncomfortable. After the third time I removed them and threw them into nearest litter bin. A complete waste of money.
