I will start by saying that it looks good and my big cat loves it (small one is undecided). You get more screws than you need and they are clearly labelled.The downside. The instructions are awful, very unclear and a bit blurry. The screw holes weren’t all drilled properly and the paintwork was chipped on arrival.Overall, I think you get what you pay for and it’s a good unit, but it was a pain to build

Easy to put together, very sturdy, only downside was one of the roof ends was split but nothing a bit of Gorilla glue couldn't sort. Really pleased with it and so is the cat 🐈

Was a bit tricky to assemble as the holes for the nails are not great and the material is not super high quality, but for what its worth our cats ACTUALLY use them for napping or during rainy days.

Bought one of these cat houses back in 2018 the roof was damaged by a gardener who lifted it by the roof breaking it, I am still able ti use it the roof totally collapse now so I removed it, thought I'd buy another especially as the one I have is of good quality and sturdy. I bought the grey one to go with the theme of my current garden. The packaged arrived in time and apart from a couple small indents on the box everything looked OK. I did not open the box for a couple of days when I did I removed one piece noticed a chip removed another piece noticed a chip and crack went to remove another piece noticed it was broken thought hell no returning this so never touched it I but the two pieces I took out right back into the box and tried to initiate a collection couldn't find how to do this at first so I started a return which was a Hermes drop off and messaged the sellers as I am disabled and cannot lift or carry the box the item was in. The sellers replied 25% off and I get someone to repair the item, collection with replacement send photos which I did twice etc etc I was not prepared to get someone to repair a new item or have a replacement as the quality of the item is poor with no joy and going round in circles with the seller I asked a friend to carry the item and I went to a Hermes drop off location I will not be ordering this item from them again. The one I previously had from a different seller the wood was thicker had no defects faults cracks or chips this product is bad quality I do not recommend.

It looks good from a distance!!!It took 3 hours to put together, Im not a joiner but I had to learn as the holes for the screws did not meet up so I had to make holes for them to fit.It certainly is not water tight as there are gaps all over the place as wood was not cut right.Parts were broken so I had to glue them together myself.The wood is cheap and split I will be suprised if it lasts until the end of the year.Despite all this it's up & my cat does use it.

I bought this product as a shelter for my cats this winter- we are unable to fit a cat flap so they are reliant on someone letting them in. Everything was compact and securely packed2. AssemblyVery easy to assemble and no parts missing including screws etc3. QualityThe predrilled holes look a little messy but trust me when it's built it will be fine. The shelter itself is extremely sturdy; I was very impressed4. Popular lolMy cats like it; especially my little old manOther notes:My plan when buying this was to later on insulate the inside, and block off some of the walls of the top for winter to maximise protection. Well, the packaging included a lot of polystyrene sheets, so I repurposed them into insulation :) cut pieces to fit and using butyl reflective tape I insulated the inside. With the addition of some self warming pads it's extremely cosy. Next thing to do is make/fit a door to minimise heat loss.I personally think this is a fantastic product for the money. It's extremely sturdy and hella cute. A good product. Quite sturdy and no dangerous sticky out screws or anything.The diagram fir assembly wasn’t really that clear but i managed ok.Only question now is will my kitties actually use it ?!

The quality of these items was poor compared to previous ones I've brought. The wood was splintered, the drill holes didn't align and the roof didn't come together at all. Some parts were broken which couldn't have happened in transit as there was not enough pieces to put it right! Unfortunately, due to various reasons I've only just been able to assemble them otherwise I would've complained. Not great for the money.
