Perfect body brush
I've written articles on body brushing for other websites. It's quite difficult to find sturdy brushes that are secure in the hand, strong & dense enough to make a difference, and flexible enough not to scratch the skin. This is it. If you plan to dry brush before your shower, I don't think you'll find a better brush.Summary of technique:Start with your feet (sit down if balance is a problem.) Brush along the soles of the feet, very firmly so it doesn't tickle, from toes to the backs of your heels. Then the tops of feet, toes to ankles and up along the fronts of your shins.Once the feet are done, brush the legs - in the longest strokes you can manage - from ankles to tops of thighs. Depending on your agility, you may need to do shins first, then knees to hips. Do your legs as four sides: front; right; back; left. If you have cellulite on your thighs, pay special attention to those areas working in circular/oval shapes. Put more pressure on the upward strokes than the downward.Do your bum, hips and tum in circles, with strong upward strokes and gentle downward ones. Brush your tummy from the right (your right, not as viewed by someone else) up to the bottom of your ribs, then down again in a big, smooth circle. This may help digestion. Then do long strokes up all sides of your torso, and some circular ones on your boobs (if you're a woman,) starting under the breast and going out to your side, then up & over to the middle again.Do your arms as two or three sides, with long sweeps from fingertips to neck. The rule is "ALWAYS TOWARDS THE HEART".Pale skin should look pink after brushing - you may see marks, but you don't want scratches! - and dark skin should look browner or golden, as the dead cells come off the surface.Thinking about those dead skin cells, give your brush a thorough wash after use. One easy way to do this is to stick your shower product on the brush, lather it up and wash with it :)In my experience, a brush of this quality will last 2-3 months with daily use. Depends on how you use it, though.

it is designed well and fits very comfortable in my hand
It is light weight, it is designed well and fits very comfortable in my hand, the bristles are not at all harsh on my skin, they are as they are meant soft(ish) and do a very good job. The brush comes with very clear instructions and is very good quality. The benefits of the brush are to improve your circulation, encouraging blood to travel around your body better, impriving your skin. Also it assists with softening your skin and removing dead skin cells. Will be recommending this to my friends.

Quality Item - Ideal for anyone new to skin brushing
After reading about the benefits of skin brushing i decided to give it a go. After much research i decided on this brush (reputable brand and the wood being FSC sourced swung it). The item arrived early, well packaged and looks well designed. I was a little nervous of the actual brushing to start with but it is in fact quite addictive and invigorating just before a shower. Most importantly the bristles are soft enough in that they do not hurt or scratch your skin. Happy with my purchase. Hopefully in a few weeks time my skin will look better and my circulation improved too.

The best
Great brushes- I've been faithfully (dry) skin brushing with 2 brushes for a year now and don't like missing a day. I've been using other brushes but was showing a friend how to brush so bought two of these so I had matching pairs. Fabulous and what a difference. Both brushes are the same cut and quality, so no rogue scratches. A broad footprint and a good edge to the firmness I'd recommend these as the best I've used. Incidentally with skin brushing chronic psoriasis went into remission after 4 months - you're stimulating your lymphatic drainage and carrying toxins out. I'm a believer! If you try it, stay with it! Strokes towards the heart until you get to the torso. Then strokes to right armpit (3/4 of lymphatic drainage) and then upper left quadrant to left armpit.

Best brand to sell body brushes
I am late with writing all reviews I see, but I find it important to inform people about my findings since I always rely on reviews of others when making a purchase.I have found the brush to be excellent, just the right kind of sturdiness to get the job done. I would actually never go beyond medium strength bristles myself, since I want to exfoliate and get my circulation going and not to scratch and damage my skin. I guess everyone has to find out for themselves which brush strength they need depending on the toughness of your skin. This is from all the different brands I tried the best, with others I have experienced hairs falling out quickly and the brushes 'expiring' within short amount of usage. Every Hydrea brush is good quality , just so many too choose from. For me personally I don't like handles, just the brushes. Since I can body brush better, make circles and strokes when I am holding the brush in my hand.Body brushing together with good oils/cremes like (castor oil and InstaNatural stretch marks cream etc.) have saved my (skin) body and restored my self-confidence. Obviously I will never be able to completely remove stretch marks. That being said, a good technique with the body brush and after showering: when the pores are open using good products have reduced my scars (stretch marks included) greatly. Don't expect results fast, it took me couple of months to really see positive changes and always use natural bristles otherwise you do more harm than good. Also it helps with cellulite and circulation in general, you just have to be religious about it and not get lazy and stop brushing after a few days/weeks.I have found out with a 'good' diet and water intake, vitamins, some exercise , body brushing and using virgin/pure oils can really make an impact on scars and stretch marks. When every doctor or dermatologist I went to acted like only medical procedures like laser would maybe cause some improvement, so not true!. I encourage others to try the more natural approach and see how it gives them improvements.
