Long Lasting
Great value for money. Still using mine after 3 years (half a pack remaining). I use 1 and 1/2 at a time in a leaf razor and get great results every time.

Cheap blades
The blades a decently good for the cheap price they are. They work okay tho you will have to apply some force when shaving with them as they are on the dull side of blades. I wouldn't personally buy them again as I liked my previous blades which are much sharper than these ones and cuts hair much easier without having to apply much force or have to go over the same areas again and again to get rid of all the hairs. These are decent blades for the price tho and there isn't much to complain about as the price and the quantity of them you get work out fine. However, I think these blades are mostly okay for certain things but if u want to make sure you get rid of all the hairs and have a close shave to get rid of them hairs completely these blades definitely aren't for you. Also the individual blade packets are made out of plastic and are all individually wrapped in more thin plastic wrap around them. This plastic wrap is really annoying and tedious getting it off the packets everytime you need a new one. Each packet is also made out of hard plastic which is really a big waste as there is no need to make them out of it. It also just made it harder to get the blades out the hole you need to slide it out of. The one decently good thing about the plastic containers is there is a blade bank on the bottom in the smaller hole for you to slide your used blades into. It is a good feature but really unnecessary and a waste of plastic. The free soap you get with this is also very nice and smells really good. I haven't used it that much but for the little bits I have it has worked perfectly fine for me shaving and I would buy more of it if I need some. However overall, I think these blades are really decent for the price you have to pay for them and the amount you get as they will last you a while. Personally I didn't really like these blades are they are kinda dull so I wont be purchasing these blades again but going back to my previous more sharper ones as they glide across my face and cuts all the hairs perfectly and nice and short first time.

Good razor, easy to use (see my warning!)
As a newbie to shaving with a straight razor, it’s a very different experience to a safety razor! The shave using these is close and really easy to line up beard lines. These razors come in packs of 5 in a plastic sleeve and are individually wrapped in paper. They break easily in two after a firm bend (without taking them out of the paper wrapper). The bent edges can buckle slightly but are still usable. It’s much easier to set the razor up while your hands are dry. They fit into a folding straight razor (a Saaquans BSR-01) that I also got on Amazon.A word of warning:Using a straight razor is not about ‘not cutting yourself’ while you are shaving as I thought, that’s relatively easy but if you do get a small nick it usually goes away within the day or so.The real thing to watch out for is pushing with the razor which leaves marks on your skin like grazes - they can be painful for a few days and still be visible up-to a week later.Luckily I learnt this on the first shave. I used clean witch hazel gel as the lubricant. I cut one side of my neck and gave it some good grazes shaving with the grain but eased up as I went on to other side. I returned to the first side to go against the grain and gave myself a few more grazes. The second shave, I had a lighter touch - I went all over once with the grain, reapplied lubricant and went all over again with the grain s second time. No cuts or marks but still a nice clean finish.

Great value ‘smooth’ blade - perfect for starting your Double Edge Razor journey
I bought these for my first time experimenting with DE razors - after a month I am a total convert. These blades are really cheap, 100 blades for £7.99 is incredible. Derby Extra are renowned as a ‘smooth’ blade - this is why I chose them as I have several moles on my chin. After a months worth of shaving everyday I have never managed to nick myself, these are excellent blades for those starting out on their DE razor journey. I have heavy beard growth and have been able to squeeze 3 shaves out of each blade before the blades become too dull and start catching/pulling on my skin. So 100 blades will last me just under a year. Next time I will be tempted to try a more premium blade that might last for a few more shaves before dulling. The shave soap is from Turkey and is made from animal tallow, it smells great to me and makes an awesome lather in seconds. Used sparingly (lightly dragged over your moist beard and then worked with a shaving brush) this single stick should easily last a year. There are lots of reviews on YouTube too.The only drawback is the amount of packaging that these blades come in - there is a lot - however the blades must be protected from moisture whilst stored to maintain their quality. These come in 20 x plastic packs of 5 blades and each blade is individually wrapped in waxed paper.
