Light and comfortable
I was having pain from regular bras. These are so comfortable for a small busted person. I did have to order XL although I am not busty in order to have it not too tight around. I'd suggest measuring and using the size guide. I like the spaghetti straps . Just right for no show. Surprisingly, this really stays in place no matter what I am doing.

Great Every Day Wire-Free Basic
These are great for every day. I live in Florida and have been living in this set all summer. Never wearing wire again if I can help it. I'm relatively petite, bra ranges from 34-36 C-D. These hold the girls well, and I really struggle to find supportive wire-free bras. As for a sports bra, I wouldn't do active cardio in these, more light movement.
