200 Best Panini Recipes

I bought this book for my Mum to go with her new panini machine as the book that came with the machine was rubbish. She absolutely loves this book. It has ideas for every day and the more exotic but all ingredients are easy to source, whereas many books I looked at were obviously American and many ingredients had different names or hard to find in the UK. This book is a real gem.

I have made a lot off these recipes and I'm sure most people will find some they love. Although US, most of the ingredients are available here or could be substituted.

Plenty of ideas all american of course but all can be found on the web its an older book over ten yrs old but handy not only fir paninis but wraps and sandwiches

After buying our new panini grill we needed some ideas and this book ticked all the boxes and provided us with plenty of choice that did not rely upon an exotic stock of mystical ingredients but rather what most folk have in the cupboard generally. Good value and very pleased.

When I purchased this book I should have expected it to be very American with the ingredients. Don't get me wrong, I love American food, its just that a lot of the ingredients are not what I would put in paninis and are also sometimes not easy to find. I had just bought a george foreman grill to replace a sandwich maker and wanted some different ideas for paninis. I think my daughter's comments were - why buy a book. Just put whatever you want in your paninis!

A great book to use with our kitchen panini appliance. Recipes are down to earth not out of this world. We definitely recommend this book. Cheers...

We just recently purchased our Panini maker and wanted a nice book other than the generic recipes that came with the appliance. We purchased this book based on the reviews. It arrived a few days later, in perfect condition. We can't be happier with the quality of this book! While not every panini has it's own picture, there are many that do and their pictures are high quality color, full page photo's with identification and page number. This wasn't a problem for us because the name of a panini in addition to it's ingredient list gives us enough information as to the appearance of the final product. It comes as a soft cover book which is easily stored away and seems to be bound well.The book is divided into wonderful sections...Breakfast and Bruch Panini; Vegetarian Panini; Fish and Seafood; Chicken and Turkey; Beef; Pork; Deli Counter Panini; Leftovers; Panini's Just for Kids; Desserts; and even a section for making some of your own delicious home-made condiments which compliment your panini's! The Olive Tapenade, Sun-Dried Tomato Mayonnaise and Jalapeno Mayonnaise are delicious! There are many others I hope to try soon! All and all...the format of the book makes it quick and easy to find a truely delicious panini your own "food-mood" at the time.We've tried a number of the recipes within the Beef, Deli, and Chicken catagories. Each one was outstanding! We had guest's for New Years; served several of the various recipes with Champagne and it was a big hit! The platter was beautiful and everyone commented on having to invest in a Panini maker. My husband pulled out this cookbook....saying "Don't forget THIS"!I think one of the most important things you get out of the book (besides GREAT recipes) comes from looking at the pictures, the ingredient lists, the condiments and the different catagories. From these, you get a very good understanding of the fact that there are NO hard rules with panini making AND from these, you begin to formulate ideas for your own creations. Some of the ingredients used in the recipes, I would have never thought of on my own! That's what makes it such a great book! It allows you to build a fantastic panini from a recipe OR when you're in the mood to be creative, gives you a foundation to expland on for the creation of your own!I collect recipe books and USE them. This one resides on my TOP SHELF!

I bought this cookbook, to go with my new "Hamilton Beach Panini Press Gourmet Sandwich Maker". Everything is so good, that I'm afraid to get on the Scales to weigh myself. Delicious results.

I bought a pannini press just a few of months ago and can't believe that I've lived so long without one! The sandwiches are wonderful - warm and moist on the inside, yet crispy on the outside.Yes, my family love the pannini sandwiches I've been making and can't seem to get enough of them. But I wanted to expand my repertoire, therefore I decided to purchase this book.The recipes offer combinations of ingredients that I've thought of on my own (for example, chicken cordon blue, eggs and bacon) as well as combinations that I would never have thought of on my own. There are also suggestions about what to do with leftovers. (The leftover turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, etc pannini is to die for.)Best of all, the recipes are not only inspirational but are also so easy to improvise. Just substitute different breads, cheeses, meats, or condiments.I was so happy with this book, that I bought another for my son for his birthday a month ago.Today he told me that he's been in a daze ever since as he's been living in pannini heaven.
