Amielle Comfort Dilators set

the item is very good quality and allows exactly what it claims. However, is a bit too expensive (after all, just a piece of plastic) although I'm not sure whether the fact that it can be boiled to sterile conditions is one of the reasons why is so expensive. I can't say whether other less expensive brands are the same as this one quality-wise. However, I chose this particularly as Amazon was the only one available to offer express delivery. Overall, I recommend it.

Great set with clear instructions

Excellent quality item supplied as described in a quality, feminine looking soft case. Items are well made and come with easy to follow instructions and a helpful DVD. I have had pleasing results so far and have found the device helpful when used as the instructions state.

I was actually given these by my gynocologist to help with Vulvodynia, but these are the most awkward and uncomfortable thing I've ever used. They look very sergical, rigid and uninviting, and the handle attachment is really awfully designed (notches wear away as others have said) and has a horrid gritty texture to touch, which was personally very unnecessary and made it even more off putting. The actual dilators are smooth and easy to insert but you're immediately aware of how hard and uncomfortable they are (NOT painful - but very uncomfortable). Combined with the stupid sandpaper handle you then have to keep completely still laying down with your legs spread eagle for 15-30mins with a hard obnoxious 5 inch handle hanging out of your crotch, which will catch on everything and hurt if you dare move a blanket a few inches to cover yourself. I've looked into other alternatives (the good 'officially medical' ones are just too expensive) and personally I've invested in some small assorted sized 'pegging' sex toys which are exactly the same in the sizing, also not phallic looking, MUCH softer and don't leave the ridiculous hard handle hanging out of you. I'd suggest looking into either a silicone set of dilators with a flared base or do as I did, use some problem solving initiative and browse online for other suitable alternatives that will work just as well and cost the same. Cannot reccomend these at all though, they're just so gosh darn hard and unpleasant.

I would highly recommend this product due to being great value for money and continues to help me prepare for intercourse after having come across great difficulties with vaginal pain due to being 'dry'. I use these alongside taking a temporary course of medication to help inside lubrication and in using them I feel much more confident giving me great peace of mind. I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

Didn't like this product. The dilator handle wears very easily so within a couple of weeks I could no longer fit some of the dilators onto the handle. The dilators are very hard, rigid plastic. The jump between the last sizes is quite big. I personally prefer using my silicone dilators.

Dieses Set ist wirklich toll. Früher waren Frauenarztbesuche die Qual aber dieses Set hat einen schmerzfreien Besuch ermöglicht den ich nie erwartet hätte. Also ich gebe eine klare Kaufempfehlung da die Übungen mit den Dilatoren Hoffnung geben und WIRKLICH helfen!!
