Stylish & Superior: My New Favorite Saucepan!
I recently purchased the **Tower T80358 Cerasure 20cm Saucepan in Graphite**, and I'm genuinely impressed with its performance and design. It's quickly become a go-to pan in my kitchen.**What I love about it:*** **Fantastic Non-Stick:** The Cerasure ceramic non-stick coating truly lives up to its promise. Food slides out effortlessly, making cooking and, more importantly, cleaning an absolute breeze. I've used it for everything from delicate sauces to boiling pasta, and I haven't experienced any sticking whatsoever. It also means I can use less oil, which is a bonus for healthier cooking.* **Even Heat Distribution:** The pressed aluminium body with the bonded base ensures excellent heat distribution. I've noticed my food cooks evenly, without any hot spots, which is crucial for consistent results. It also heats up surprisingly quickly.* **Versatile for All Hobs:** As someone with an induction hob, finding good quality, compatible cookware is essential. This saucepan works perfectly on my induction hob, as well as gas, electric, and halogen, making it a great all-rounder for any kitchen setup.* **Thoughtful Design:** The graphite exterior gives it a sleek and modern look that complements my kitchen decor. The tempered glass lid with a steam release vent is incredibly practical – I can easily monitor my cooking without lifting the lid and losing heat. The stay-cool phenolic handle is also a big plus, providing a comfortable and secure grip even when the pan is hot.* **Easy to Clean:** While it's generally recommended to handwash non-stick pans to prolong their life, this one is surprisingly easy to clean. A quick wipe with a sponge usually does the trick. It's also stated to be dishwasher safe, which is a convenient option for those busy days.* **Durable and Reliable:** It feels sturdy and well-made without being overly heavy. The Cerasure coating is touted as being 3x stronger than others, and so far, it feels very robust, promising good longevity. It's also free from PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, lead, and cadmium, which is reassuring.**Overall Impression:**This Tower Cerasure saucepan is an excellent investment for anyone in need of a reliable, non-stick 20cm pan. It combines great functionality with a stylish design and seems built to last. For the price point, the quality is exceptional. Highly recommend!

Not the greatest product but good enough as a stop-gap. Horrible blue/grey interior. Lid fits well.
Good size, lid fits well, handle seems sturdy. the blue/grey of the non-stick is a bit off-putting if I'm honest but that may just be my bias against pale blue/grey.The non-stick coating seems a little thin also. I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher if I were you. The packaging even hints that it's not a good idea, although also states that the product is dishwasher safe. I'd suggest they mean the pan won't rip the dishwasher to pieces as it falls apart in the blistering heat of a wash cycle.I'm unlikely to use this for anything other than cooking pasta if I'm brutally honest, it's a cheap pan, and you can tell it's not the best quality, but times are what they are and buying stuff on a budget is a sad reflection of the modern world. This pan is adequate as an interim product until you can afford something of quality. Don't expect it to last a long time though, the packaging says it's guaranteed for five years, I'd be a fool to put money on that being true.Ok, look; if you're a student just starting out in your own place, or maybe setting up after a hideous divorce or separation, then you'll be looking for a product like this to tide you over, it's fine for that. Just don't tell yourself it's a partnership for life, this pan will probably and quite suddenly do you wrong, just like your ex. Be prepared...

Great intro to ceramic nonstick cookware - cooks beautifully with half the oil.
After accidentally destroying a couple of pans in recent cooking ventures (don't ask!), I wanted to invest in a new pan set. On closer inspection of some of my remaining non-stick pans, I noticed that the Teflon was looking a tad scratched and even peely, and a quick search led me to this ceramic coated pan set. Although the first set I ordered went AWOL, I received a replacement fairly quickly from Amazon. This pan set is good-looking, a good weight (was worried they'd be a little heavy as I am small), cooks very well and uses around half (or less) the amount of oil I normally use to cook vegetables and eggs. This is great not only for health but to have your oil last longer! To those unfamiliar with ceramic pans, I have read that using oil shortens their lifespan, but I haven't found that I can cook the items I eat without a little oil at least (I don't really cook foods with any high fat in them). I will have to buy some refined olive oil as I read that virgin olive oil, which I use, leaves a film in the pan (and you don't want to scrub as it'll remove the coating). I've also read that ceramic-coated pans are not meant for high temperatures and therefore not suitable for browning consistently, but I've not had a problem with this. I do find that the pans take a tiny bit longer to warm up and then need to be turned down sooner though, so still mastering the art! Although the jury is out regarding toxins in Teflon, I'm really glad to have this ceramic set!Overall, I'm very happy with this new quality pan set. They are easy to wash, the pan and lid handles stay cool, they're pleasing to the eye, and they're great value for a British made set. Tower is misleading by advertising it as RRP £100 on Amazon though as the set is £49.99 on their own website. It'd be nice to have a 7-piece version with a frying and sauce pan one size further up more suited to batch cooking!

Very good pans.
These saucepans are great. Very solid, and the blue non stick is brilliant. The lids fit perfectly and they are suitable for all hobs. Great saucepans , just as you’d expect from a brand such as Tower.
