So, as other reviews have said, this is literally just salt and water. Yeah, you probably could make it yourself or buy some cheaper, BUT, the reason this product is so good is the actual spray mechanism. The spray is so powerful it instantly breaks apart any crust and gunk from your piercing, and really washes the area out.I had my ears pierced a few weeks ago and they were SO red, swollen, itchy and utterly covered in such a thick crust I was convinced they were infected and I was going to have to go to the doctors. In a last attempt, I ditched the more medicated products I'd been using and went with this instead, and wow! I could not be more impressed. Even after a couple of days, the piercing site looked and felt much better, and now after about a week of using this spray 3 - 5 times a day, my ears are no longer swollen, itchy, red or puffy at all, and the sprays really helps break apart and wash out any of the crust that forms from healing. I really wish I'd just gone with this from the start, as I could have saved myself a lot of stress and pain.Yes, it's just salt water, yes it is a bit pricey, but in my opinion it's 100% worth it for the sheer power and effectiveness of the spray mechanism which would be very hard to replicate at home.

There are much better value piercing aftercare solutions on the market. This is three times the price of other saline sprays and isn’t any better.

Recently had my Daith pierced and this spray is great, with it being a fine spray it reaches in the small space, would recommend this product

Easy to use. Has kept piercings really clean. Use it as a spray and on cotton wool for soaking. Feels cool on the skin. So glad there was a product like this, puts your mind at rest knowing it’s being cleaned sufficiently

Great stuff for my recent dimple piercings easy to use and works really well

Most of this product just leaks out of the spray can . Not worth the money I paid for it , better cheaper alternatives out there.

Arrived quickly and is of great quality, used it in my lip piercing and it's extremely soothing. Would recommend to anyone! And the bottle is of decent size so will last a long time.
