All looks nice and feels good when you wear it. The idea about "see the other side" is not the-best one. How can it be seen without taking off the bracelet and turn around the info plate. Also one advice to the seller-the bracelet is short on my arm. I could lock it only on the last hole. . For a bigger man hand it can be small.About engraved info : the font Is very small. I understand -more info -better and easier to offer the proper medical care. But anyway 6 short rows it is not enough. Why to do not use the same sign red cross and next to it a QR code. QR code can provide a link to a web page with all the patient info, medical condition, diagnoses and prescribed medication and the pcp name and phone number and also the contact person in case of emergency and so on and so on it can be a lot of info, just a QR code with the link on the web page, instead of engraving so microscopic 5 rows of 3 -4 words each row. The materia quality is nice. Looks it is resistent and sturdy.

What I did not like about this bracelet is that after only about 3 weeks of wearing it I started having problems with it snatching on to all my clothes and sharp edges. Having to file it down so I had to stop wearing it and buy another bracelet from another company

I bought this bracelet for my 7 year old daughter because she is diabetic. I've had the product for about a week. After 3 days the metal started breaking apart from each other. My daughter always takes it off before showering or taking a bath and that was the attempt we made today. The metal was wearing already and it took me 30 minutes to cut the bracelet off my daughter's wrist. It's suppose to be rose gold but the bracelet also gave my daughter a rash around her wrist. This is unacceptable. We've only had the bracelet for about a week. It was never exposed to water or any harsh environment temperatures. And of course there aren't any refunds

Beautiful. I ordered the black one and the quality is wonderful. The only reason I'm giving a 4/5 is because after you place it in whichever hole you want and then slide the metal piece to keep the band from flapping it doesn't stay. It looks even better than the picture.

Good value for the price. Hasn't faded as yet.

It is very pretty but what I do not like is that in order to see the info on the inside, you have to take the bracelet apart

The edge of my bracelet has become rough and snag my clothes. Stopped wearing it. 😞
