Are these good for strong chin hair (women/asian) tia!

Tough hair not so good in my experience. It can remove chin hair, though it is an awkward area, and there can be some stubborn hair. I tend to use this just on upper lip. Best to just try and see hownyou get on.

What are the dimensions of each strip? Would a man be able to use them to remove hairs growing on his ears? Can be cut into smaller effective parts?

Yes can be cut . Dimensions roughly 2.5 cm wide and 10cm long . When applied surface needs to be smooth , as motion of removing them is swift. Depending where your hairs are in your ear the effectiveness will vary.
