Cheap and cheerful, does the job well
You could spend an extra tenner and potentially get something marginally better but personally this was just the ticket for me. It moulds nicely around the knee, keeps icy cold for at least 20-30 minutes and gets back down to temperature in the freezer just as quickly.

Does the job, just perhaps not for long enough
This sleeve fits snugly & comfortably around the knee, and does provide a fair bit of relief to injuries.I'm currently recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery, and it's alot easier using this than a pack of peas!! It fits tightly around my knee, but to the point where it provides full coverage of my swelling but not uncomfortable.The only downside to this product is in my opinion, it doesn't stay cold for long enough. After being kept in the freezer overnight, the cold sensation will last 30 minutes or so before needing to be refrozen. But during the 30 minutes, it does provide much needed relief to the joints.Would definitely recommend to anybody recovering from surgery which requires the use of ice therapy.

Has issues
It only stays cold for about 30 minutes, from the freezer. It also needs more straps on it as it doesn't sit good. Can't say I would recommend it.

Purchased for my Dad who has arthritis in his knees. He thinks it’s great and really helpful for managing his pain and stiffness.
