Very sturdy and holding up well after 18 months
I bought this around 18 months ago and it's held up very well. When it arrives, ensure all bolts are tightened up on the swivel mechanism, some of the ones on our wall mount were a little loose (not to the point that it'll drop the TV, but enough to add some slop in the mechanism). We have it mounted to a solid brick fireplace and I'd feel safe hanging off it, ensure you use the correct size drill bit so the plugs are a snug fit and they grip well as they expand when the bolts go into them.Versatility wise it looks as though it should hold a large/heavy TV well. We originally had a 32" 10 year old TV mounted on it (a fairly heavy 32" TV as well), which it held very well, even with the screen at a 90 degree angle to the wall. We now have a 43" LG TV on it which (according to the specs) weighs 8.3Kg without the stand and again the wall mount holds it well.I don't tend to use the pivot part of the mount other than to change cables about. As much as I'd like a flush wall mounted TV it would restrict access to the back anyway. The tilting range isn't too great, with only a few degrees range, we quite like the TV tilted down a few degrees due to the height it's mounted at (to keep it out of reach of small children) which this does well. The wall mount does hold the TV a few inches away from the wall, but this is the price you pay for having a reasonably study construction.

Not a good product. It has so many hinges and joints ...
Not a good product. It has so many hinges and joints that by the time you hang your TV, it sags a fair few degrees forwards. There’s no negative tilt adustment so this can’t really be fixed. The TV fixing is so expansive and bulky that you’re guaranteed to block HDMI ports. The bolts that secure the TV bracket to the wall bracket are flimsy and are passed through metal tabs which bend very easily. There are just too many loose or wobbly tolerances on this items that you’re never going to get your TV upright. Mine was only a 8kg 40” Sony LCD.

As described, and good value
Good value bracket, which performs as described. Compatible with our Samsung 42" TV. Very simple to assemble and install - didn't take Hubby long at all.It has a double articulating arm, so can be moved away from the wall if desired. There is a slight tilt function should you wish to use it.Satisfied with my purchase. Thank you!

Stripped bolt
Good price, solid stand but came with a stripped screw so we couldn’t secure the tv to the mount. We had to go out and buy a bolt to replace it as I can’t seem to contact the seller directly. Other than this one fairly major detail it’s a solid purchase that was easy to install (if al parts functioned).

Hmmm, not as adjustable as our other one. Tilt option not great
Tilt option is rubbish, my husband had a real tough job of adjusting it so that the telly wasn't tilted forwards. Just as well its for on the wall opposite our bed as the angle of the tilt allowed would not have worked if in the livingroom. Unimpressed

Good product but warning you may need additional parts!
Easy to assemble. However had to order additional length bolts to accommodate the TV purchased.. Additional cost!

Brilliant bracket very strong and sturdy
Brilliant bracket very strong and sturdy. But remember it only has a small amount of tilt... I found that out after I put my tv up but thankfully I was able to move it down by a few slots
