Is this box sealed? Can it be used to carry liquid?

Hi .. apologies for the reply delay; been away. The box lid has a lip that fits into the top rim of the body. If this was secured and sealed then yes, I think it would hold some liquid, although probably not if it was really full and the box not kept upright. There are no other holes in mine and it is perfectly OK when the ice I use in mine melts. It's just securing the lid I guess. Hope that helps.

Would this be ok for a cake to put on lid and put box on top to transport?

could i use this for storing heated water, up to 70 centigrade?

Wouldn't recommend, as inside of box would build up with condensation.
