Works well for incisional hernia
After hysterectomy in 2014 got an incisional hernia decided to hold off on operation after friends had issues with mesh. 2022 and I still use it daily and sleep with it -looser at night. I am surprised they direct people to put it on while standing. Dr. told me to be sure I was laying down when putting it on. Tried many brands this was the best. I cut off the two plastic sides they get uncomfortable and keep the back plastic intact until it all rolls up..and they all eventually do. Purchase one ever month or so.

Wasn't what I was expecting
Pros: Tight elastic that stretches and (eventually) customizes to your shape providing its the right size (typically a size smaller than normal works right with these types of binders to ensure stability and hold for supporting your abdomen). Velcro is strong and not too hard to adjust while also not slipping or coming undone like some other binders I have tried.Cons: Rides up and down, doesn't stay put with fabric (like a tank) worn underneath. Which would be fine, but personally I was looking for something I could conceal underneath my clothing, its too bulky with anything underneath it. The plastic boning bends easily, which probably contributes to the riding and folding. Plastic boning also pinches. This is just my personal experience with this product. It could be because the large was a bit smaller than I thought it would be, I'm a size 14-16 depending on the product. Other than the plastic boning, I find this binder is quality made and has comfortable fabric, if it were not for the weak boning of course. The boning will stay in place as long as I am standing (which gives me incentive to start wearing it when I start working again, just had my son 1 month ago), but as soon as I sit, its over lol.Overall I would recommend this product for either someone with a long torso and/or thinner build (I have a little extra around my middle) or someone who will stand most, if not all, of the time they wear it. I was pleased with it enough for the price, can't complain too much, but will definitely be looking into a girdle type for myself next go around.

Weel made
I have an old rib injury from basic training that flares up especially when I cough and sneeze really hard. I tried some off brand bandage wraps at first and they were terrible. This wrap is good if you need something that supports and compresses. this did the trick for me.

Way wrong size
I have purchased this binder in the past same size and brand. I just purchased 3 since I need to wear abd binders the rest of my life. These are so much smaller they don't come anywhere near fitting. How can the same company make an item and have it be so much smaller. And then Amazon says there is no return or refund. I am out 48.00 That's it for me and Amazon.

Started good
I've had this for a couple months now, when I first started wearing it, it seemed great. I have a bit of a lower back problem from a car accident some years ago, which causes me to limit my standing time. As I said, before the first week it was great I wore it for about two hours at a time. By the next week I noticed the side and back ribbing begin to lose form and the elastic stretch out, so I washed it in the sink it came back a little but went bad after a one hour wear. Now mind you, I do have at sista girl back side, maybe it's my shape. But I purchased one of these for my mother and she doesn't share my shape. So far, she has only had a little stretch and she has only had hers for a month. Anywho, in addition to that you can not where this under pants, your pants either falls down or the garment rolls down.

Heping pain in the works
I purchased tis item for my husbnd who had back surgery 6 years ago and subsequently fractured his back again in January. His only comfortable position was laying on his side in bed. He already uses a walker (and sometimes a wheelchair) so I was willing to try ANYTHING to make him more comfortable. His doctor's thought was that "a brace probably wouldn't help because of his prrior surgery and the problems he had with it". I purchased this brace, got it in a reasonasble time, price was right, and low and behold he loves it! It is comfortable, gives him great support and since then has been able to sit for a few hours at a time relatively pain free.I would defintely recommend thid product. Also the size chart was right on. Thanks.

Super helpful for hernia recovery!
We bought this after my mom had a hernia removed. She said it was supportive and comfortable during her healing process because she wore it over a thin camisole to avoid the itching.

fits okay
I recently had surgery was told to wear a binder or a girdle to support my midsection and keep the swelling down. Well they gave me one, but it needs to be washed on occasion and being hourglass shaped, anything that fits my hips is way too big for my waist. This one is the first one I've found that actually was the size it said it would be. Most have run small. It still rolls a bit where it hits my hips.

Offers great support
I like this binder. It offers great support especially after surgery. Good quality and feels comfortable. Definitely not itchy or see through.

Not too sturdy.
Not a lot of support. You can see through it.

Good Buy
Purchased for my husband. While standing or lying down, it works great to help his pain subside. It doesn't work great to sit with.
