Brilliant!!
This knife has amazed me from the time I opened the packaging, it’s style, it’s feel in my hand, it’s detailed finish and it’s razor edge. I have used this knife extensively since I received it, not only on vegetables but also on meat even meat with bones and it was a joy to use. It truly is a well balanced beautiful piece of craftsmanship and I am over the moon to own one.

Sharp enough to shave straight out of the box.
Lovely well balanced Nakiri vegetable knife, can be used to cut other things too. Don't butcher this lovely knife with an Anysharp sharpener. Learn how to use a decent whetstone, there are plenty of video channels like burrfection to help you learn, then you can sharpen all your knifes properly. Buy British, Buy Sheffield Steel. You don't need to spend a fortune on German or Japanese made knifes, this is excellent value and quality.

Great knife. Ive had it for over 2 months ...
Great knife. Ive had it for over 2 months and it hasnt needed sharpening yet with daily use.The blade stained slightly after putting it in the dishwasher after the first use so ive just been washing it by hand since then.It would be nice if the cutting edge went a little higher on the front edge but its not a big deal, i can add this myself on the sharpening stone when i eventually need to sharpen it.

Sharp and nice balance in front of hilt
Echo others saying very sharp out of packaging! I like the weight distribution which is just in front of the hilt and gives a balanced feel. Was worried about handle but the grip isn't sticky and doesn't intervene

Much better than the price suggests
This kitchen knife has a good weight, it feels substantial which I like. It's stainless and it will take a remarkably keen edge. At least as good as some japanese damascus knoves Ive had which cost many times more. This is a good tool. Buy it.

Amazing vegetable knife
This vegetable knife excels at finely sliced vegetables. Very sharp straight out of the box. Very comfortable handle. It is a joy to use!

This is a work-horse of a knife ! you could use it for 90% of your slicing & dicing in the kitchen. Comes sharp out of the box. Excellent product that will last a lifetime with proper care.
