This came entirely broken and is not eligible for return or replacement so I’m stuck with an expensive gingerbread house I can’t even build with my child! It’s a huge disappointment and waste of money. It’s also took forever to ship so you would have expected it to be packaged better so as to not shatter!

Cute and liked

The decorations are cute but thats is the only good thing. Both boxes arrived broken and a return or replacement is not allowed so this was a total waste of money.

Easy to put together and super cute

They were broken and didn’t till we got to Christmas cookie party, pretty disappointed for the cost.

Sure am glad I opened this before taking it to a neighborhood gingerbread house event. Box came damaged but wasn’t expecting the gingerbread pieces inside to be broken. Defeats the entire purpose of “building and decorating” a Gingerbread House. Bummed because my son loves Mickey. And, this product isn’t returnable so into the garbage it goes.

The box on the outside was fine. The product box was slightly crushed and the product was broken.

Arrived very late ( was for a party), totally useless, many pieces broken, non returnable.Do not buy this product.
