Is it a one size fits all? What is the shoe size?

This is a one size but I think it would fit shoe size 10-12 children . Any smaller the foot it would be too big and uncomfortable.

These shoes are huge (very high strap) so I would say yes.  I would personally not bother with them as they are far too big that they are actually dangerous (nobody's foot is that tall) and we felt it was an accident waiting to happen.
