Can a dish drying rack bring you joy? Yes. This one can.
(Backstory) If you're a penny pinching thirty something that's struggling to learn let yourself indulge in a little nicer, more aesthetic, more expensive home goods, because you can actually afford it now, and you know what, you're worth it... This is for you. Go ahead, spend $30 on a dish rack, even though you think it's crazy because you got your 10 year old one at the $1 store. Trust me.PROS:This is beautiful. It is modern. It is versatile, and strong enough to hold heavy glass lasagna dishes and pots and pans. It helps organize your knives separate from other utensils. The spout is the CUTEST thing ever. It LITERALLY never leaks, and there's so much air flow it never gets nasty or mildew-y.I always used to hide away my dish rack in shame, the ugly, paint chipped rusty thing with the leaky cracked plastic drip mat 🤮Now, I leave this out all the time. I find myself hand washing pots and pans quickly after dinner now, because it's so convenient! I don't waste time hand drying plastic stuff from the dishwasher, because New Rack is there for me, to air dry my repurposed take out containers.I love that this expands to allow large items and pans or large quantities of dishes to dry all at once. I also love then, that it tucks away to a normal size, and it actually fits in the exact same spot under my sink where old rusty lived in shame.I love that all the drip trays are plastic, so I suspect I could put them in the dishwasher, if I thought the water spots ever became unsightly (which, looking at my pictures now, they might be...)The metal is high quality and sturdy, and if it's painted, it's the kind that won't chip off like a coating could. No sharp edges - and the little non skid feet protect your counters. The slope in the drainboard is perfect, so that water actually runs into the sink, and doesn't just sit there waiting to evaporate.Minor critiques:As others have said, the cup holder is too small for 4 average cups. If you have those tall skinny (highball?) glasses, you're good. (See pictures)I wish I could have it expand the opposite way- it is a full 26" long when expanded, and my counter is just barely 24” deep to the wall... So in order to be able to utilize the extra space, I have to turn it wide-ways.If the spout were easier to turn, I might go back and forth when I wanted to expand it, but I suspect it's so tightly attached so it never leaks. It's not impossible to turn by any means, but I don't want to wear it out unnecessarily (so it too, will last me 10 years).I couldn't understand why dish racks cost so much these days, but now, I know. THIS is worth every penny. 😁 It brings me joy.

Makes life just a little easier
This is hands down the best dish rack I've ever had. There is so much room and I love all the features. I have a reusable K-cup and the little cup holder bits are the perfect size for its pieces. It's nice keeping the knives upright and separate from other utensils too. Much safer and better for their blades. The extension portion is also great for water bottles as the ridges are close together.I have only one little change that I would make design-wise: I wish the angle of the base (part that catches the water runoff) was a bit steeper. It's ever so slightly too flat for all the water to get into the drain and droplets sit, causing little water spots. This isn't a big deal at all and is purely a cosmetic thingthat could likely be prevented with a steeper slope for water to get to the drain. 99% of the water drains without issue. This rack is truly such a simple quality of life improvement!

Great dish dryer!
I love this dish dryer so much! I gave it 4 stars because I do wish I could change some things about it. Like I wish it wasn’t as tall and the sides of it were a little taller. But I know that everyone’s cabinets aren’t as low as mine. Otherwise, it is super sturdy, a stunning black color, the size is great. I love that it expands to be longer and can be pushed in to be smaller! It’s a great price too!

Worth every penny!
I’ve had this dish drainer for about six weeks now, and I absolutely love it! It’s easy to keep clean, does a superb job draining water, and holds so many dishes. I really like the extendable feature because it saves space when empty but offers so much room when you have a large load of dishes. I had this in my cart for a while, and now I wish I had just ordered it sooner!

Very Pleased
After a few weeks of use, I'm very pleased with the quality, design and looks of this new dishdrainer. It looks clean on the counter. Is easily adjustable from a longways to shortways orientation next to the sink because the drain spout can change direction to point toward the sink. Although at first the design of the dish rack portion seemed really shallow, it holds everything we use very well. I also really like that it is raised off the counter on legs which prevents water and wetness from pooling under the dishdrainer. The only negative is that it arrived with a couple of nicks off of the coating on the cup holder portion, but I have not noticed any rusting in the exposed metal of these areas.

Adequate storage
Great storage capacity, and drains perfectly. It is built very sturdy and easily assembled.

Looks great but arrived damage
Was excited to unbox and start using this rack but then I realized a piece of the siding was broken. Aside from that, it looked like a pretty piece to add to the counter.

Wow! Lifesaver
I never thought I'd care about a dish drying rack so much. I have a dishwasher, but slipped and fell into it one night breaking it. I need to replace it along with some other kitchen appliances and am waiting to do them all at once. That being said, I've been hand washing. Prior I had a small drying rack to use mostly for pots and pans on occassions. Trying to use it every day, for multiple dishes, and multiple washes was frustrating. It began to smell from all the use, and was never drying out. Water would sit and deposit in it. There was a cloth type mat. It was bad. Finally I bouth this. It is big and expandable... THANK YOU! I was tired of always having dishes on my counter either dirty, clean, or drying. This allows for you to have plenty of room and dishes as needed, but becomes more compact for more room when you don't. The combo of plastic and metal makes it sturdy and functional. And... can we talk about that water spout? Finally, my dish wrack is draining as I use it. There is no more smell. This was a great buy, great price. I'm really happy with this purchase. Would highly recommend.
