Good but too much for home made products
“With just a quarter of this tablet, I made cheese from 10 kilos of local milk for home use, and it turned out really great. The problem is I don’t know if the other three parts I saved will still work or not! If the tablets were made for smaller portions, they would be better for homemade production.”

Ok but not as successful as I’d hoped. May be I’m not good at making yogurt lol.

Great product.
Just used these for two small wheels of 750g Gouda. Approximately one fifth of tablet. Worked quickly and well. Very pleased as I used 10 litres Pasteurised and Homogenized Milk and wasn't sure how it would work.

Great for cheese making, but a bit tricky to dosage if you are making small amounts of cheese (mine was 5 liters) Make sure adding calcium chloride before if you are using pasteurized milk, otherwise the curd doesn't happen.
