Celtic sea salt fine ground is carefully dried at a low temperature and finely ground. With a flavour subtler than our coarse salts, fine ground Celtic sea salt is a ideal all-purpose shaker salt, for convenient use at the table, as a recipe ingredient or in baking. Celtic sea salt fine ground is the ideal salt for the novice health buff, Celtic sea salt fine ground has no additives and is not processed in any way beyond drying and grinding. Available in 500 g.

Tasty and GRITTY Sea Salt!!
It's all about your ingredients, and this salt amplifies that point. I always knew that this was why the French are so insistent about the quality of salt (especially for their breads).Reasons why I like this Celtic Salt:1. Tastes like it just came out of the sea.2. It has a grit-like, granular texture, so you can take a pinch and literally sprinkle a few granules.3. The colour is a natural grey/white.4. A little goes a long way as it is very salty.5. Adds an instant burst of flavour to foods, especially sliced tomatoes.You may feel that it's pricey, but a little really does go a long way with this salt. I think it will last me a seriously long time, if it does not lose flavour with age. I like that it is granular and even in shape, as this is nice on the palette. It's great for seasoning fresh foods, and in my opinion is not the best for cooking. That said I have used it in cooking, but it's important to remember not to use too much.GOOD SEA SALT!!
