Use this supplement for bone support, it is easy on the stomach, packaging is kept to a minimum (no big plastic pots half full). It's a good price and delivery is always super quick.

This is my first try of Oxford Vitality products.What attracted me to this particular mineral mix for bones was the addition of turmeric which is now recognised as helpful to the immune system and as a natural way to reduce inflammation.As with all minerals and vitamins, it is early days to pass judgement on the efficacy of these tablets and it is a case of a gradual improvement . You only notice the improvement when you stop taking them and the aches return. I like the no fuss packaging, yet if I was to have one crticism, it isn't that the tablets are large so much as you have to take three of them. Other than that I have high hopes for this blend.

I use this supplement to augment my nutrition when training for arduous endurance events. I’ve been using it for about 6 months now and intend on using it indefinitely. Would recommend it to anyone with an active lifestyle.

Only started taking these for a few weeks, not sure if they are working. Unfortunately I am having cancer treatment and will need to stop taking these.

I chose this supplement as it was the combination I was looking for and is a good price. A friend told me about trying magnesium to help with sleep and I also wanted something for neck & back aches and feeling generally run down I have been using for two weeks now and I do feel a difference. I still wake in the night but I feel the quality of sleep is better and deeper and no longer wake up feeling dreadful. My aches also feel a little better too. Defiantly worth a try, love the no frill packaging to keep cost down plus that its made in the UK.

Only problem is they need breaking up which is easy to do as They bit hard to swallow whole

I haven't time to revisit other pricings .. this is 40 days supply of 100% RDA ... 3 tabs / day. A few arrived broken in the packet but that would be because of their composition ... I found these hard to swallow but they were REALLY easy to crush. I crush add something like yoghurt (or jam) and eat that way - just like we used to be given aspirin. Actually if the price is favourable these are then brilliant ... I thnk the research on Turmeric in tablet form is not so good as cooked ( Moseley) - but this isn't what I bought them for. Thanks.
