Great frothing in the first 2 weeks and now it’s literally not frothing anymore.. what a disappointment..

Box was damaged, item was not wrapped and milk traces could be seen on the lid. Button was scratched.

This frother May costs a little more but it is awesome! It works at the touch of a button. They all do…you say? Well…no, they all don’t. The Bodum allows one swirl, will not reset & let you do it again. The Keriug is good but not as smooth as the Neapresso & the stupid cog inside doesn’t have a raised plastic pin on the cog so one with medium hands can pull it out. The Neapresso does! And this one is great. It’s a heavier frother, so for all over pick, the money invested is worth it!

I bought this because my wife & I wanted to add frothed milk to our coffee, but we didn't want to buy or use a full-on espresso machine and its steam wand. We use it in conjuction with our Cuisinox Roma 6-cup Stainless Steel Stovetop Espresso Maker.I was skeptical at first. I'd never seen nor heard of a device like this. After unpacking and cleaning, it was ready to go. Very simple usage, very simple instructions. It's so easy to make frothed milk now!It uses a silent, magnetically driven spinner to mix the milk inside of a container that simultaneously warms up the milk. It uses a whisk-type spinner for frothing or a smoother spinner for simply stirring the milk. It does not heat/cook the milk like a steam wand, it simply warms it up. The whisk-type stirrer gives the milk foam. The combination of heat and whisking provides for a very good milk froth that's firm and won't break down in minutes.Here's a quick breakdown:Pros:* Warm, frothy milk is attained in about 1 minute.* It is very consistent.* It makes enough froth for one or two servings, depending on your preferences.* It is very easily cleaned.* It is very quiet, almost silent. You can now froth while your partner sleeps!* It can be used to make warm or cool milk & coffee drinks.* One stirring device for froth, one for latté.Cons:* It does not heat the milk to the same temperature as a steam wand.* It does not caramelize the milk sugars as efficiently as a steam wand.* It cannot froth heavy cream. The magnetic spinner does not have that much torque.* It cannot caramelize skim milk.Guidelines:* Use whole milk for best results.* Use half & half when more cream is needed.* Rice milk, soy milk and skim milk won't work well.

I love this milk frother. If you want the milk to b more latte like and less foam take away the coil piece on the spinning part! I didn’t realize this for a long time and my lattes are perfect now!!

Wow! This is the perfect frother! I've had a Nespresso machine for about 10 years and it's still working like a dream, but I recently upgraded to a newer model that doesn't have the frother attachment, so I bought this. I was not disappointed! You literally take it out of the box, plug it in, hold the button for a moment and in about 90 seconds (I'm estimating), you have perfect heated milk and a lot of froth! Or, if you use the other frothing attachment, you just get nice, hot milk. You can also hold the button down longer to keep the milk cold, so if you like iced lattes, this will keep them chill. I've never been able to do that with another frother! I've had to start buying larger milk containers at the store because this thing makes it so darn easy to make a latte! It's whisper quiet and really easy to clean. I like that the secondary frothing attachment is housed neatly behind the main unit, so you won't lose it in a drawer somewhere. I do wish the chamber was a little larger, though. This one hold enough milk for about one drink at a time, so if you're throwing a party, someone will have to wait.
