I use this product all the time and it is a good price and generally available on Amazon Prime. Perfect for making tacos, tamales, other Mexican dishes.Really good flavour, perfect. The best flour of this type and the only one I use and had a Mexican street food company for years and write cook books, so I should know! 100% recommend both the blue and white varieties.

As expected

This wasn't initially my first choice, now it is. Great value, easy to cook with and sooooo much more tasty....in my opinion.

The product is decent. More grey than blue.The pack I got had cellulose gum listed on the ingredients, plus a bunch of other ingredients like iron and chemical forms of vitamins. Bit of a shame really. Why add these weird gums and chemicals when people just want flour?

It is gritty in texture and grey in colour, it looks like cement. To be fair it cooks okay when mixed with other ingredients but I would not buy again. I used it to make my baking lighter, as I was taught by my mother. It gave the raw pastry a green tinge but it cooked out reasonably well. However, grey was not the colour I was expecting from a maize/corn product and in wasn’t a pale grey either.

This is the real stuff and we love it.
