Pioneer DAB antenna is easy to install and works well.
The connects2.co.uk Yaris steering wheel control adaptor CTSTY001.2 was purchased in conjunction with Pioneer AVH-X5700DAB, the Pioneer DAB Antenna CA-AN-DAB.001, the connects2.co.uk CTPIONEERLEAD and the Yaris facia kit from connects2.co.uk CT24TY22. All work perfectly together, easily installed with no difficulties. Recommended. No other adaptors or wires required. Pioneer fits perfectly and works easily with great DAB reception and sounds great with the Equalizer allowing the sound to be tuned to the car. It synchronized via Bluetooth with my iPhone 5, importing the phone contacts into the Pioneer, allowing caller ID and answering and dialing of numbers via the Pioneer touch screen. Plays the music on the iPhone easily via Bluetooth. Have not yet tried the USB connection to the iPhone yet, nor the DVD movie player with the required handbrake wire nor the optional reversing camera. The Pioneer DAB Antenna CA-AN-DAB.001 should work with most other active DAB receivers and it is robust compared to some other DAB screen antenna. It looks similar to the Audioleads DAB screen antenna available from Halfords, but without the additional power lead which is not required for receivers with an active powered DAB input.

Bit dubious as to whether it's genuine Pioneer but it works great.
I thought I would write a review due to my experience, which is good.I am dubious as to whether this is a genuine Pioneer product as there is no Pioneer labelling anywhere on the product and, although it does say "Distributed by Pioneer EU", there is no copyright symbol or proper Pioneer Symbol on any of the paperwork. Also when you search for instructions on Pioneer Dab Antenna it apparently comes in 2 parts, which this did not. That being said, I have been using this with a Pioneer Sph-da360dab for the last week and have virtually no drop outs so can say I am very happy with it.It fit easily in the top left of the windscreen, right hand drive car, and I did make sure it was far enough down and out, as per the instructions. It may be more money than others and may or may not be genuine but for the money I spent if it works this well I am happy and glad I didn't take a chance on a cheaper one.

Works well but instructions for left hand drive.
Seems to work well good signal, know many say roof aerial may work better but seems to do ok, and good quality,Instructions seem to be for left hand drive fit, and I had to mount it with tale going down window rather than going up.. Fit upside down.Measure it up because only get one chance to stick it straight, and alow room for trim to be refitted.Price was part of sale so was fair.

Not great reception
I’m not sure this is a genuine pioneer product as there was no branding on the packaging at all but it does work with pioneer products. The signal reception is ok compared to similar I have used. Fairly good for bbc channels but otherwise less signal than an old bmw

Great quality.
Bought for my mum's Freelander. I will update once fitted, but the quality is good, so it'll be ok.

Item supplied was for left hand drive vehicle. No fitting instructions.
The antenna was ordered as SOLD and FULFILLED by Amazon UK.The antenna supplied was for a left-hand-drive vehicle - so the only way to fit it with the minimum lead exposed from the window edge and so the earth strap could be properly fixed to the car's frame was either upside down on the passenger side, which is neither pretty nor efficient, or on the driver's side.As others say, it's supplied in a plastic bag with no fitting instructions. You fit it at the edge of the windscreen. Pull back the trim at the edge of the windscreen where the wire will be run, scrape off some of the paint on the exposed windscreen frame to the bare metal so you can make sure the earth strap makes good contact with the car frame and then peel the antenna wire itself from its self-adhesive backing and affix it to the windscreen. The actual self-adhesive antenna section is not pictured on the product image.I've ordered a replacement, stating the one supplied was for a left hand drive vehicle. This is on the way - will see if it's right this time.In the mean time I've only tested briefly. It definitely works but I haven't had the opportunity to use it in trickier reception areas.UPDATE: Replacement item was also for a left hand drive so clearly all stock is non-UK-specific.
