Thinking about buying these and putting a mod mic on them, but do I need an amp to use them on PC?

It's hard to say, they'll make sound, but because they're rated for 56 ohms, the only way to know if any particular device will be able to get the very best out of them is to check it's specification.Every device has an internal amp, but some devices only expect to deal with around 35 or ohms, in which case they might not make full use of the potential.It's less than 100 ohms though, so it'll definitely play and it may be you won't hear any difference even if you plug in a dedicated amp.

Are these comfortable? If not when do they start becoming uncomfortable and is there away to make them better maybe buying nice earpads?

i have a pretty small headfor me these were very uncomfortable after an hour or so of use, on my right ear only for some reasoni think the top of the earpad would push my ear downto fix this i bought a pair of velour pads off amazon for £12(Brainwavz Replacement Memory Foam Earpads - Suitable For Many Headphones - AKG, HifiMan, ATH, Philips, Fostex, Grado, Sony ear pad (Black Velour)) a bit much i know but the pain wasn't going awaynow it's awesomefor me the treble was too high at the beginning. either i got used to it or the burn in thing happened

How heavy they are? Are they comfortable for more than 1 hour of use?

Yes, the Superlux HD668B headphones come with a detachable mini plug side cable and has a removable holding clip , to prevent the cable being accidently pulled out when moving about or treading on the cable. The straight cable is fairly thick, at 3M long and a spare shorter 1M cable, is also supplied.
