I've always loved mechanical pencils but I am not a gentle, delicate writer. So needless to say, I'm using a 0.7 lead, I am constantly breaking the leads, which is rather wasteful. BUT, I no longer have that problem! The only con is that the graphite isn't as dark as I would prefer. A small price to pay I suppose.I even purchased the colored pencils as well as extra leads, both the graphite and colored leads... Can't wait to have a bit of quiet time to work with the color pencils!

I love these pencils! Some complained they write very lightly which they do and yes the erasers are pretty much useless. With that being said I use these for drawing and I need it to be light so I can go over it with markers and I use a big eraser anyway. So perfect for me!

I bought these pencils for my classroom so that I would not have to sharpen pencils when working with the students. That works great. I do quite a bit of artwork and draw. These pencils are good for basic sketching and everyday writing. The only drawback is that they are very light. Similar to like an 6 or 8H pencil. I rarely use the provided eraser also. It's a hassle getting it out of the inside of the pencil. I just use a square eraser instead. But, these are handy and great gifts for educators and artists.

like the pencil and how it clips although it's a bit big, and would prefer that the eraser actually attached to something rather than just being loose in the pencil base that you unscrew. I should have watched teh VIDEO bc otherwise it's not clear that is how it works. not bad though for the price.

This alloy pencil is perfect for those who want a light line!! It erased just fine. In the pictures I compared this alloy pencil to a regular 0.5mm mechanical pencil. I use a pencil for a pre-drawing of Micron Pigma permanent markers and watercolors. I received what was photographed, no pencil box, but a total of 6 alloy pencils and 8 extra tips. To access the eraser you must unscrew the pencil holder and use your fingers to use the eraser, its not seated in the pencil itself. Doesn’t bother me much because I use a Pentel click eraser, kneaded eraser, or gum eraser with my work.

I love to draw and was excited to purchase this pencil. Save your money because the quality is not good and the performance is poor. The tip is not sturdy. Doesn’t write well.

Exceeded my expectations and works wonderfully and has built in erasers, it fits my hand perfectly and I love them very very much the colors are clean and they make the appearance very pleasing, and don’t believe the other comments, the tips are sturdy and the durability is amazing
