This product does not work and I have an active lifestyle and work out hard. Only thing is that it tastes similar to red bull but other than that it doesn’t do anything it’s a waste of money a big con!!!

The taste seemed a bit bitter. But OK I'm not eating junk food I feel full. I would recommend.
